I used in and out auto centre for an estimate for an RAC warranty. The air-conditioning has stopped working. Straight off the representative said you will finish up owing me money I asked why and he said it's always Aircon recharging and that wasn't included in the warranty. Fair enough I said but I wanted to get an inspection and an estimate in case it was more than just recharge and that would be covered. But if it was just a recharge and that wasn't included I was more than happy to pay the £69 to get the Aircon working. I did say what if it had a leak. Their reply was no self-respecting garage would recharge a Aircon system which had a leak. I said I was happy to carry on on that basis. Straight out of the blocks the van never got a cold I called him straight back and told him the Aircon wasn't working still. Their reply was it's because I drove it. He said it might have a leak and they would need to inject dye into the system to check for leaks. So I booked it in again and have this test carried out. When I arrived they took the vehicle to inspect it and then came out and said they don't do this sort of test I would need to use a specialist air-conditioning centre. I asked for a refund as it had a leak, but they guy on the 2nd visit was new and didn't even know where the toilet was. I've called repeatedly but never get any sort of answer. its always i get someone to call you back, which never happens.

MB A Class Engine fault.

I took my MB A class to them with an engine fault. I paid twenty pounds for diagnostic work and they diagnosed it as some thing. Quote given was a maximum of one hundred and eighty pounds for labour plus cost of parts. Car was returned as it was with failure to repair it and still charged eighty more pounds as labour cost. Total of one hundred pounds and car came back as it went to them. Bad experience. Will not recommend for any technical repair. Customer service experience was not good as well.

I put my car in that they failed on my rear registration plate, the same Plate I had sine I bought the car. I have had the car for over around ten years and never failed on this. Anyway, they pushed it. Did not offer a solution and when I went in to collect I had my keys thrown at me and told to get out by a very aggressive person. He also told me that he had informed the “ministry” that my number plate is illegal. I went to Halfords and had it sorted and car is rebooked with professional garage. Clearly this company employs thugs. Avoid like the plague.

I’ve used Norwich branch a lot helping me refurbish my MG ZT. Quick, pleasant staff, no job too small. Had tyres replaced, engine repair exhaust replaced last year and now booked for MOT. They know how to fix anything quick. Thanks.

Service from start to finish was excellent, everything was explained to me before any work was carried out. My car went in for a full service , it was found the tyres needed changing , spark plugs , brakes and couple of other bits. The team were brilliant and I'm happy with the work carried out. Also I think the little touch with sending a video to the customer explaining the work that needs doing is excellent and the customer can be assured that they are not being ripped off. Well done!

In-store team are great...head office team are great...but they don't seem to talk to each other, so it took me a while to get any help on the website they advertised on. Definitely best to go direct and you won't be disappointed

Went in for a Air Con Re-gas, left with Air Con Re-gas, New Battery and a Service Agreement. Good salesmanship or what! The friendly staff explained the Gold Car Care Bundle which appears to be very good value and included the Air Con Re-gas. I was also told my battery wasn't holding a full charge, which I had suspected, so I agreed to a new battery which was priced very reasonably. I now look forward to receiving the same high quality treatment when my car goes in for its service.

Arrived at 14:30 for my appointment, a very pleasant chap on the reception desk booked me in. Advised it would be about one hour. Returned at 15:45 car was ready saw the same chap, he explained that all was okay total cost was £116 approximately. Paid I certainly would use again first impressions very competent.
