I've had my cars MOT done there last minute twice, needed work both times and they couldn't have been more accommodating with fitting me in and the work was done the same day. I have recommended to family. Gent on desk is lovely, great customer service!

Very pleased to get my first MOT for my car done at very short notice. Booked online, social distancing measures in place and observed at the garage and given an accurate time of how long it would take. Good advice given on areas to consider. A satisfied customer.

First time ever dealing with in and out and will definitely use again and recommend to others. Service was done within time given and extra repairs was done promptly. The regas we had done on our cars AC system was carried out in no time at all. The manager gave us a 45 minute time for the work to be carried out and the timing was spot on. On picking the car up the price was as quoted, he also took us through the technical report confirming all was in order. Highly delighted with the service provided as a result. The manager was also very courteous and polite.

Speedy efficient experience again. Nice coffee whilst I waited, 2 actually! All sorted in under 2 hrs.

My Wife's car required MOT and full service. The brakes also needed attention. The guys on the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous and explained in detail the work to be carried out. The work was planned to take 2 hours. I received a phone call where they reported that the brakes including disks required replacement (as expected). Although busy, IN'n'OUT managed to fit the car in a later slot for the additional work (which only took an extra 2 hours) and I was able to drive away in a safe; fully serviced (and valeted) car with an MOT pass. Prior to my agreement to replace the brakes, IN'n'OUT explained that they provide a number of 'Drivers Club Cards' which lasts 2 years (I chose Gold Service) where for a very reasonable up-front payment, they provide 2 x MOT's; 1 x Full Service; 1 x Interim Service and 1 x free aircon re-gas with a 10% discount on any parts and remedial work. I therefore was able to receive the discount for the brake replacement. I fully recommend IN'n'OUT and will use them for my own car when the MOT is due.

Always take my car here. The staff are always helpful no matter how small the job. I needed new brake pads this time and they were fitted quickly at a reasonable cost. I am always pleased with anything they do. I would not go anywhere else.

Took the car in for MoT the staff were very friendly, the garage was clean and tidy, and the waiting room and facilities were excellent. Ash the branch manager explained the advisory notes on the MoT and was very professional, would not hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone. Keep up the good work

I always take my car here, because every time I get it booked in whether it’s a service,MOT or getting my tyres replaced, the job get completed and efficiently with a great price, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had my brakes and tyres replaced by in and out at Stockton yesterday. Can’t fault them. Staff can’t do enough to help. Give good advice. Never pushy. Get my MOTs and Service’s there too. Staff keep you updated of all work and explain everything thoroughly.

Really nice people, I received the wrong information about how long the service would take when booked through the central team. The local guys doubled up to ensure the service was complete within the hour. Full explanation given following service, used this branch since it opened always excellent

I popped in on a Saturday afternoon to enquire about a pre-MOT. They were able to do it straight away. Excellent service. Fully explained the result. Comfy waiting area with free drinks and a good choice of up to date magazines. Plus wifi.

I have been taking my car to In’n’Out In Stockton for a couple of years now and I have been very impressed by the service. In between services, I have had a couple of problems, one of which was the back brakes. It was dealt with quickly and at a very reasonable price. At the start of this week I discovered that my brake lights were not working, I just called in and within 15 minutes the bulbs had been replaced at a cost of £10, amazing service. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I had no concerns handing over my car to In and Out. Ash was very helpful in explaining everything, and the work they did was just as explained. Prices were great, and the work was top notch. Very fast express turn around. You won’t be waiting for days! It just takes a matter of hours to get your car turned around!

As a 1st time customer I couldn't be happier. From start to finish I am very impressed with all areas of service. Everything was explained about the process as I needed a full service and MOT and all was as explained. Overall it was a very efficient customer service experience and one to be recommended.

We always take out cars here. Fab friendly service every time. The guys are always very thorough & always explain what is wrong & how they have fixed it. Very honest & I never feel ripped off, my last bill was cheaper than originally quoted due to them shopping around for the part they needed, bonus! Highly recommended.

I take my wife's and own car there every year for MOT'S and service. you get service as it should be and the MOT's are very fair. Not the sort of place to fail cars on trivia to try and make money out of customers unlike some others. One year I got an advisory on disc pads, got them changed somewhere else and next year they reported plenty of lining on them. Proves how honest they are as some places might have just said the same thing a year later. Always happy to advise customers on non service items. Nice waiting area with free wi fi and refreshments. Friendly knowledgeable staff too. Usually, they can get MOT failures sorted and re tested on the same day. Thumbs up from me.

Couldn't fault any of the team at the Stockton centre. Everyone was friendly and professional and both the service and MOT were completed in the time frame given. I was made happier when I received a free valeting service too. When picking up my car the whole service was explained step by step in language I could understand. Will definitely be using year after year.
