IN'n'OUT Autocentres Warrington

Was charged £391 to have front exhaust replaced. Once home I checked out prices, and found that the avg cost of the part was £120, Inc vat. And 1 hr of labour, which included waiting time for part to be delivered. So labour costs account to £270 per hr aprox. I can't believe they would overcharge a disabled / pensioner by this much. Shame on in&out

What can I say first time I use this Garage after somebody suggested them. Fantastic service great to talk to considering it’s all guys that work there they treat you with respect as some garages can feel intimidating going on as a woman. I was able to pay my bill over payment plan which is fantastic it just goes out on a monthly payment and takes away that pressure of one big payment when your car is done. I would highly recommend them and I think Jake is a very important part of this Garage he is a good listener he understands he explains things in great detail and they really do make you feel welcome great service great Garage 🚗 I would recommend them 100% . I know my review is late fore coming but I’ve just booked in now for my service and MOT on a great deal with them. So thought I would leave this review as once again after speaking to them feel confident I’ve chose the right Garage again .

Went in to ask about replacing my wingmirror glass, the lads said I could come in at any time and they'd sort it all out for me. Brought my car in a couple days later and I was there for less than 10 minutes, the work they did was amazing. Class job from Jay and Jake. Definitely using your services again in the future! Took car in at 9:45, got a video just after 10 showing work needed. Had front discs and pads fitted with new caliper. Had car back just after 1. All staff helpful and pleasant, you can't ask for more than that.

Fast efficient thorough service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again... but I too soon I hope!

It is the second time I've used In'n'Out garage in 4 months, firstly they done breaks and pads all round on my Jaguar, have just used again for MOT and service. Had 1 of my cars serviced and MOT'd again with this garage and once again couldn't find fault with the work done. I have taken my business back to this garage for a couple of years now because I trust the man who manages this site to deliver excellent service and extremely competitive pricing. 2 new tyres, cheapest quote I had and were able to fit the job in on a sat morning with 2days notice. Very happy

Failed on suspension parts which at the service by the main dealer had advised may need doing in future. Was told parts were £46 each (two required). Fitted price £86 per side total cost £172. Have since found the price of part half that quoted. The fitting price excessive for the amount of time taken (30 mins top). Felt trapped because of MOT fail. The mechanic was a really nice guy and did a good job. Just feel a little ripped off having to pay so much.

Front offside spring brook 9am on Saturday morning rang in & out to see if they could have a look. Got a call back at 2pm to say they could do repair that afternoon, got car back at 4:30 all done.

This is the second time I've used this garage and on both occasions they were pleasant, polite and professional. The service and MOT were completed on time and results communicated clearly.

I called in to the reception on New Years Eve to ask if it was possible to book the car in for a full service, Tyre replacement and MOT for Wednesday 02/01/19. A very pleasant greeting and a quick check of the system I was told yes no problem and given a few times to see which suited me best. While booking in I gave a few details of items I'd like to be looked at All booked in I left very happy. Wednesday came and I walked into the reception where Steve was at the desk and immediately recognised me and greeted me by name and gave a handshake. He called the details up and everything I had asked about was there to be seen by Steve. Details confirmed I handed over the keys and was told He would phone me in about 2 hours. I left. Just after 2 hours sure enough I received first of all a text message with a video of the MOT fails explained. Then A few minutes later a phone call, by which time I was heading back to the premises. Once there everything was fully explained and I was shown all matters that had caused concern and how they could be sorted. I was very happy with the explanation and the proposed solutions so was left the car to be sorted and was told I would get a phone call around 4.00pm. Again not long after 4.00pm I received the said call to say all was completed and the car was ready to pick up. Arriving at Reception all the paperwork was explained, handed over and I made payment. Just before I left another customer came in and given the same courtesy. Excellent.

Came to In'n'Out because our local main dealer had supposedly done a service, but on very shallow inspection, there were serious issues with their (expensive) work. I asked In'n'Out to do an assessment of the main dealer's work, and they showed me that every single one of the dealer's measurements was incorrect. So, I've stuck with In'n'Out ever since. Rightly coveting their Which Trusted Trader award, they are polite, non-patronising, efficient, thorough and offer great value... not 'cheap' as in corners cut, but great value for the money quoted. 100% recommended.

Can't fault them, they went out the way to keep me happy, turning car around in less than 90 minutes despite running on 3 staff. Nothing was an issue, John & Brett really deserve a medal.

I regularly use these guys for all of my cars and I am completely 100% satisfied with the level of services that I receive, with some very competitive quotes for any work done. If the work doesn't need doing then they will not invent it and this is what I want.

We have been taking our cars for services and MOTs ever since the branch opened Consistently excellent customer service, fair pricing and friendly and professional staff. This is a model of how customer service should be.

I went to In-n-Out as the main dealer let me down by saying I wasn't booked in when I had personally made the booking myself, they then said they could not do it for another week so I left not amused and called at In-N-Out who booked me in for the following day for service and mot. The reception staff were great and the one technician I spoke to was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, I have now used them for 4 years without any problems, they are also reasonably priced.

The guys in the local branch are great, I started going for MOT's they fix my car, on time, at a fair price and even repaired a long running fault that BMW had mis-diagnosed! Call the branch though as the call center is not always as helpful as they are.

Great garage will informed of what was happing and needed for the car. Came out with I nice running car and a smile on my face . Would trust the guy for a my car repairs

Managed to get a next day appointment after finding out my MOT had run out. Very quick to do the work and a service was due so had that done at the same time. Felt like they did a great job and the car is running well ever since. The guys on the reception desk are great too, very welcoming and tell you everything you need to know. The In 'n' Out centre in Warrington comes highly recommended from me.
