First time at In/Out and will definitely be going again. The car was serviced and MOT'd in accordance with the times given to me and completed to a high standard. Fantastic value for money and I could easily watch what they were doing to the car if I wished from their customer area. Best value service and MOT ever; many thanks to Wayne and the boys.

Car failed MOT, needed quite a lot of work. Issues explained clearly and the cost implications and options to spread the cost if necessary. Work completed well within time stated. Will definitely use them again. On a personal note I do wish they opened at 7.30am instead of 8.30am All the staff were clean, presentable and very pleasant.

Booked in on package deal as needed to get 2 x MOT & full service. Great value for money, but more importantly it is the best customer service I have ever received at any garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Wayne who was fantastic and went above and beyond. So pleased I found them and have already started recommending them to friends/family.

I took my daughter's Audi TT to In'N'Out in Wednesbury yesterday morning...isn't that what Dads are for! It is ideally located just off the M6 Motorway. I regularly use this service centre and usually wait while the work is done. On this occasion I chose to return later that afternoon as I was told the Full Service and MOT ( great value at £188) would take between 2.5 and 3 hours. Returning from a meeting in Oxford I had a nightmare journey delayed by accidents on the M40, breakdowns on the M42 and rush hour traffic on the M6. I was worried that the garage might be closed as my Driver estimated our arrival at 5.30pm... closing time. I rang ahead and they waited for me to arrive late, as expected, at 5.50pm. Great Service!

I found them on "Who Can Fix My Car" website. They were the cheapest but also had completed the most Re-gassing out of the competitors. When I rang them the re-gas m/c was out of order - but, even so, I decided to hang on for 3wks. When I arrived in their reception they were extremely helpful, interested in what i had to say and very courteous. I was offered free tea/coffee etc in the waiting room. I as told the job would take about an hour. It did take an hour and the guys at the Wednesbury branch were fantastic. So much so, I've booked with them to change my brake pads and tyres AND booked my full service 2020. Nice one guys!!!

I have used In&Out several times and have always been pleased with the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff and mechanics. As a lady retiree I have been treated with courtesy, processes are explained if I request further information. I take advantage of the waiting lounge while I wait for the work to be done, this has always been well equipped and clean. This time however, I was disappointed to find the drink /sink area to be in need of a good clean and some of the seats to be in need of brushing/ vacuuming. Additionally, the available toilet needed a good clean, especially both sides of the toilet seat which was badly stained. It is a shame that this is my only complaint, I have always been pleased with the mechanical skill and customer care aspect of the In&Out service, I was not expecting hygiene to be a problem!
