Rob Burr of Infinity Interiors is an outstanding professional who transformed our tired old en suite bathroom into a deluxe five star hotel space. We could not have been more delighted, not only with the result but with the way in which he managed the project from beginning to end. Rob listened closely to our requirements, offered wise advice in assisting our choices of design and fittings and communicated clearly throughout the works. Where unexpected issues arose (we had particularly water-damaged wall and floor behind our old shower unit), Rob explained the problem, the solution and impact on time and costs of the job. He also demonstrated great agility and flexibility in responding to myriad questions and changes we asked for during the job. Rob is a perfectionist who cuts no corners to deliver for his clients. He worked together with a small group of other practitioners of various complementary trades all of whom were equally impressive. They worked brilliantly as a team. Both Rob and colleagues’ approach were exemplary - polite, neat, tidy, helpful. Great energy, positivity and approach. I could not recommend more highly Rob Burr and Infinity Interiors. Totally authentic and trustworthy, Rob’s work is immaculate. His offer of a discount in the final invoice for some returned water panels showed great honesty and integrity. Rob fitted a Magnet kitchen for me in my first floor maisonette. The first thing that impressed me was his communication. I contacted several traders but Rob was the first to reply and very responsive to my (many) questions leading up to the fitting date (having never done this before I had lots!). The work included ripping out the ~30 year old kitchen / appliances which was done very quickly and efficiently and fitting my pre-designed kitchen. I became aware in advance of a problem (and caused a few of the many emails) which was the placement of the electrical meter and switch box directly on the back of one of the old kitchen cabinets (the front of which was in the maisonette stairwell) and the birdsnest of wires behind the old oven. This all needed sorting out but Rob has a great electrician contact (Dave) who did all the work to a high standand and replaced the box, separated from the cabinet and rewired for a reasonable extra cost. Rob and Aaron were always punctual and tidied up at the end of each day. The job wasn't the easiest being first floor and the thin compact laminate worktop I'd chosen was one of the hardest substances Rob had ever had to cut (Including very neatly for an undermount sink), but I'm very happy with the resulting finish. I would not hesitate to use Rob when I come to renovating my equally tired bathroom - but this time I'd involve him from the design phase as well as I'm sure he'd get a great design for an economical cost.

Robbie fitted our Howdens kitchen and did a super job. Our kitchen shape is unusual with a lower angled roof which required Robbie to adapt and craft the cupboards to mould against the walls and ceiling. He works fast and the results are wonderful. I highly recommend Infinity Interiors, they are worth every penny.

Robert and his team did an outstanding job on the complete refit of our master ensuite bathroom. We had had it stripped out first in order to leave a blank canvas. Their work involved a reconfiguring of the shower area, laying Mandarin Stone porcelain wall and floor tiles, incorporating niches and a glass shelf, fitting Crosswater sanitary and brassware, a Vitra vanity unit and basin with light, in-line extractor fan and installing ceiling LED downlights, LED mirror and a towel radiator. They also did upgrade work in the other bathrooms (new towel radiator, LED mirror, replacement of a bath panel, installation of a corner basin and tiling the surround, toilet seats replacement) and installed a tall radiator in the kitchen. They also agreed to take on some remedial plumbing work required after a previous tradesperson. The finish throughout has been of the highest quality. We cannot praise Robert and his team highly enough. Robert worked to a reasonable budget and the work was done to the agreed schedule. We had had a number of quotations from other bathroom installers who we thought had an overly complicated/expensive approach (in particular to the plumbing work) before coming across Infinity Interiors.

Very happy with our kitchen - was completed to a very high standard and all for a very reasonable price. Rob and his son, Aaron are very professional, polite and friendly. Everything was left tidy at the end of each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rob and his team did an amazing job refitting our bathroom. Every tradesman worked really hard and tidied everything at the end of the day. From the plumber to the tilers, the electrician along with Rob and his son, I couldn't fault a thing. Everything was done to schedule and budget. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will certainly use them again when we need more work doing.

Robbie and his team were absolutely brilliant in completing a bathroom refit for us. Being new to the area, we had to take a risk with a company we didn’t know but feel extremely fortunate for finding Robbie. The team delivered an extremely high quality service with exceptional attention to detail, the finished product definitely exceeded our expectations. Each member of the team was professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable with tons of experience in their specific fields, and just genuinely good guys. The communication was brilliant, Robbie coordinated all the moving parts and we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. From the skip arranged and initial rip out, to each trade section completed by team member in turn and final finishing, everything was organised perfectly. They were also very accommodating with our design ideas and even helped us with a cost effective quality solution when I'd inadvertently order an incorrect part. It was a pleasure having Rob and his team fit our new kitchen. From the start, he was extremely responsive from the initial scope of the project to providing his quote and starting and completing the job. Everything was done to schedule (they work so fast!) and to budget. Having not done a kitchen refurb before I had many questions and Rob was very patient and helpful in answering them! He project manages throughout and uses a great team of other tradespeople to get the job done. He anticipated problems and provided solutions, talked through the options, and always gave sound advice whilst also being respectful of our choices. Not only did he deliver excellent quality, but he was also really flexible (e.g. helped take delivery of the kitchen which was a massive help as I was on my own to receive it and collected our flooring) - particularly so when we were let down by our quartz company which delayed time frames. Despite being on another job at this point, he made sure he got to us asap to finish the final touches. They say the "hidden 10%" is important in whether you can trust, communicate well and just get on with your fitter - Rob has much more than the 10%!! We are so happy with our kitchen, it's a dream come true - so thank you, Rob and Aaron!

Infinity Interiors recently finished the complete refit of our kitchen including electrics, plumbing, floor tiling, plastering, kitchen installation and worktops. From our first meeting I had confidence that they understood what I wanted to achieve and he was able to give me advice and guidance on all aspects of the project. From the start his communication with us was excellent and when site work commenced they completed the strip out immediately, followed by the first fix electrics and plumbing. This was followed by the floor tiling and plastering of the ceiling and walls. The delivery of the kitchen was organised to minimise the storage requirement in my house and he dealt with any problems relating to it. Installation of the kitchen, worktops and second fix electrics and plumbing were carried out within the set programme of four weeks and within budget. We are very happy with the finished project and can only praise the team of contractors for the work they did. It was a pleasure to have them in our house, everything was left clean and tidy.

Rob and Aaron fitted our new kitchen and did a superb job, we are delighted with the end result. It was a pleasure to have them working here for a week, punctual, tidy, professional, they didn’t disappear halfway through the day which so many tradesman seem do these days. what more can I say, if we were to do the same job again this is the team I would want to do it. We will have other jobs need doing in the house and Rob will be the first call.

Rob Burr and his son fitted a new kitchen for me. We discussed the design I wanted. Rob made some good suggestions which I included in my design. He took the old kitchen out, disposed of it in a skip he had ordered. He ordered the kitchen cupboards and the worktop and splashback that I had asked for. Sink and tap. Fitted the cupboards and added a small cupboard in a space that would have otherwise been wasted. Only took 8 days to fit. Cleaned up at the end of everyday. Plumbed in my new dishwasher, washing machine, sink and tap. Did a fantastic job. The kitchen was better than I had visualised it. So pleased. His rates were very reasonable too. Very happy to recommend him and his sons work.

I have always used Rob for my interior works over the last 20 years ranging from flooring, skirting, ceiling boarding, architrave, door hanging and building cupboards. Always trustworthy, very reliable, excellent workmanship and clean and tidy. Have and would always recommend Rob to other people.

Rob gave us a quote for our work, we had new doors, skirting and architrave. He was confident and reassuring on getting the work done on time and to a high standard. I got his number through recommendations of friend, which is always a good sign. This also meant I had a chance to see the quality of his work beforehand. I was happy with the quote and so work went ahead. Communication in regards to the work and start dates was very good, and Rob was flexible and scheduled the work to suit our timescale. Once the work started Rob and his apprentice were always on time, polite and tidy when cleaning up for the day. The work was excellent as expected and minor adjustments to the work for my own preferences were not a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use infinity interiors for any other carpentry work that I need doing around the house.

Rob and his son Arron took on an tricky job for us in lifting our floorboards in the front room and filling the void underneath with a new type of insulation, blown glass beads, that they had never come across. They carefully cut and lifted the boards and were very thorough in ensuring that the beads fully filled the gaps. We have just varnished the floor boards and you would not know that they had been lifted - amazing job!. They also did some very tidy boxing in of pipework in two other rooms and also panelled in some previous holes from access work in a cupboard upstairs. Rob and his son were punctual, hard working and a pleasure to work with and delivered the job for the price they stated up front.

Rob and his son Aaron created and fitted a complete new kitchen for us, which was trouble-free throughout the works and excellent when finished. We were guided through the initial design / option ideas patiently, and with some imagination as to the optimum use of space. We were told two weeks from start to finish and it was exactly two weeks. Although we were very pleased with the finished kitchen - practical, attractive and finished to perfection - I'd also commend (and recommend!) Rob for keeping disruption to a minimum, explaining details and key steps along the way as the work progressed, and for both he and his son being calm and personable from start to finish. And a fair price too!

Rob, his son and their team quickly and efficiently refurbished our bathroom. The final product is of high standard and is exactly how I wanted it. All their team / qualified subcontractors were very friendly and helpful. Their price was competitive and reasonable. We will be using them again for our en suite next!

Rob and his son Aaron came to re-furbish our bathroom recently - this involved ripping out the whole bathroom and starting again...and some joinery work. It was a tricky job because of the angled ceiling which made the room an awkward shape. They were hard working, clean and very tidy, always cleaning up after themselves at the end of every day. The standard of the finish was excellent and they are strong problem solvers - we had quite a few challenges along the way and they were proactive in coming up with solutions. They were also very pleasant to have around the house and we missed their company once they were finished! I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Robert and his son Aaron just finished installed our new kitchen. I have to say it was a pleasure to have them in our house. They were true professionals, got the job done in a timely fashion, we clean and tidy throughout and the finish result was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend using them for any kitchen works you may considering.

Rob and his son installed our new kitchen and did a fantastic job. It was an awkward little space but they got on without any issues and were much more reasonable than the price quoted by Wren. We also got Rob to fit underfloor heating and he repaired our back wall, which we hadn’t anticipated. He did a great job and was very clean, tidy and organised and respectful of our house. Our kitchen looks fab, so much better than before and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Robbie and Aaron replaced all of the doors on my kitchen cabinets. They completed the work completely as planned and to an excellent standard. Additionally they were helpful, trustworthy, polite and friendly and I would happily use their services again.

Rob rejigged some existing kitchen units and refitted some new base units, along with fitting new integrated appliances, replaced worktops and tiled to my specific design specification. He was totally reliable, hardworking and helpful, with an eye for detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly use him again

I had new worktops + sink/tap new tiles on a large wall and around kitchen. Took off all old tiles and made good before new tiles fitted. Has made a fantastic job, he is very pleasant and helpful and clean worker. The tiles were also difficult to cut as porcelain type (heavy duty brick ones), but the results I was very pleased with & would certainly recommend his work.
