I initially found Inspired Projects on the Which? Trusted Traders site, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Mike and his team, especially Adam and Dave, have recently completed a loft conversion for me and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Right from the initial clear and comprehensive estimate, to the last details to be completed on the build, Mike project managed the whole thing. He always gave plenty of time to make any decisions needed, liaised with the building inspector, and came up with ideas and solutions when I wasn’t sure of the way to go. And the trades people he brought in; such as the roofers, electricians, and plasterers; were all first rate and did an excellent job. I was always fully informed as to what was going on and when, and the whole team were easy-going and friendly to work with.

After being recommended by our architect and seeing the reviews on Which Trusted Trader we decided to use Inspired Projects for our rear kitchen / lounge extension. From the first visit Mike was extremely informative and set out a comprehensive plan and budget for our project. Having never been through a process like this before my wife and I were a little apprehensive of what was to come, but our worries were quickly put to rest when Mike, Dave and the team turned up on day one. Due to government guidance my wife and I had to work from home for the duration of the project and Mike and his team were extremely friendly, understanding and considerate. We were always kept up to date with the plan for the coming days and the guys did everything they could to keep us operational in terms of kitchen appliances. Mike and his team work extremely hard and battled through the snow and the rain in the early stages to keep things on schedule. At every opportunity Mike would bring us up to speed with progress and discuss upcoming decisions we would need to make. All in all we are extremely happy we decided to go with Inspired Projects for our build. We came in on budget and the quality of work is excellent - each member of the team is really at the top of their game! A special mention to Dave who did a fantastic job with our kitchen down to the finest detail...!!! We would highly recommend Mike and his team at Inspired Projects.

This was a rescue mission - a leaking water pipe within a partition wall separating our kitchen and shower room had caused extensive damp damage to both sides of the partition and beyond. This required the removal of existing kitchen units, complete demolition of the wall, replumbing the shower room and rebuilding it - a daunting task for us as a family. Mike, Dave and Adam approached the task with the calm and considered approach I had experienced on a previous project at our home and yesterday the work was completed to a high standard. The hallmarks of Mike's work - good communication, advice and research on options for fittings, attention to detail, consideration of the impact of the work on us as a family, and ensuring high quality in the finished result - were in evidence again. I was content with the cost of the work, so I am happy to recommend Inspired Building Projects Ltd to anyone seeking reliable craftspeople.

Inspired Projects was recommended by our architect to give remove an old conservatory and replace it with a single floor extension, replace kitchen, underfloor heating and new central heating . From the moment he first arrived to view the project it was clear that Mike knew what he was talking about. He explained the work required and his invoicing system. Work started on schedule and the principle team of Dave and Adam were so very helpful, polite and obliging, explaining what they were doing and how they were progressing. Any problems were resolved with skill and ingenuity. The floor was found to be rotten and needed total replacement - not a problem - costed and done with a smile. The associated trades of electricity, plumbing, flooring, plastering etc were also to an extremely high standard resulting in a superbly finished renovation. Mike provided invoices at the end of each stage of the work so there were no hidden surprises. At the conclusion the drive and rear paths were jet washed to remove all traces of the work and this gave it the added touch and Adam even helped move furniture back into the house. 3 months after completion a joint (manufacturers guarantee of 20 years) leaked causing damage to a vanity unit. Mike attended and very quickly replaced the joint and the unit. All in all an excellent job with a superb finish by a team I would highly recommend to anyone. Very well done

I recently retired and moved to Bromley. My new flat needed work, so I immediately thought of Inspired Projects, who had done a fantastic loft conversion in my previous house. I wasn’t disappointed – my refurbished kitchen, bathroom, and loo look great. Mike, Dave, and Adam were professional and really helpful when unexpected problems arose, such as rotten floors and joists. They quickly sorted them out, going through options and costs beforehand. Now, after their electrician, tiler, plumber, and carpenter have finished their work, my flat is looking fabulous.

Inspired Projects recently completed a loft conversion on our home, the second major project we have done in 5 years- we were happy to have them back! Mike and all the team are great to have on site, working with us on our needs with small children, pets, working from home and being away. Mike is a collaborative and creative lead on work, and it feels like a partnership when working out any issues and finding solutions. Highly rated- is still my first port of call for any works on our home.
