Aaron and Lee were highly professional. They advised us well and produced a really good design which illustrated the job clearly. The work was begun ahead of schedule and completed in the expected time frame. We are delighted with the bathroom and cannot praise Dave's work too highly. I just wanted to follow through to say how much we appreciated the friendly and professional approach of your company from our first enquiry to sign off. It was evident that the design and planning revolved around our needs and preferences and we loved being able to see such accurate images of the proposed refurbishment. Lee and James were a pleasure to work with and we were impressed at the care they took to protect our home and to ensure that we were consulted about all choices as they arose. Lia in your office was helpful and friendly when we needed to order a replacement fitting, and unlike some firms you made sure that we were happy before asking us to settle the account. From our initial contact right the way through to the completion of the work it was a very slick and painless process. A very professional installation by two of the nicest tradespeople I have ever had in any of my houses over the years. They paid meticulous attention to detail and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. Each morning on arrival Chris and Patsy advised us what was planned to be done on the day and we were kept informed of progress regularly. If you want a quick and cheap job doing then this firm is not for you. If you want a very professional team of people to install with the minimum of disruption then I can highly recommend this business. Completed to Budget

The fitter Chris Jones went above and beyond being just a fitter. He worked extremely hard and explained things to my mother about her new wet room as he went along. Mother has a very bad memory, kept changing her mind and panicking but he kept in touch with me so I could calm her down. He was always polite, even under extreme provocation and produced a very good wet room which mother is very pleased with. The job involved removing a lot of brickwork, some of it was extra but there was no extra charge. The service from everyone we were in touch with was extremely helpful and professional. They were the only mobility bathroom firm to offer building work and not just replacing the old shower with a walk in one.

From the initial survey, through the design/planning process to the completion of the installation, we have been very impressed with the level of communication, quality of work and professionalism of BIS and all of the employees we have dealt with. The quotation was competitive and the project was completed on time and to budget. From first arrival to the end of the job the fitter, Dave, treated our property with respect and operated in a very clean and organised manner. We are delighted with the end result and the high quality of the entire project and would highly recommend this organisation.

The service we received was professional at all times, Aaron arranged to do the initial survey and provided a date for a design session. During this session we were given lots of time to make choices, ask questions and agree a plan. Later we attended the virtual viewing of our bathroom which was amazing. The work started at the agreed time and we found James and Lee our bathroom fitters to be exceptional, they worked to a high standard, sorted out any issues immediately, were polite and friendly and took great pride in their work. I’ve just had my old, tired bathroom completely gutted and replaced with a beautiful modern wet room. After deciding on the design, tiles, fittings etc. with Aaron, the whole operation was project managed and I didn’t have to worry about anything, apart from supplying tea and biscuits to Dave, a brilliant plumber, who did everything expertly! We approached Aaron to quote for a potentially complex 3 room project and were immediately impressed. Other companies quoted, but having met Aaron, the difference between what he offers and the rest was distinctive. We wanted reassurance, open communications, transparency, accountability and trust, and we got it. At every step - and there were many - we felt supported and safe. Chris and Patsy were completely brilliant in ensuring that all aspects of our work were project managed and in line with Aaron's overall brief. All the tradesmen were polite, tidy and reliable and very approachable. They treated our property with respect and we could not be happier with how things have gone. A neighbour recommended Aaron's company, and he called round to measure up shortly after we contacted him. We received a two dimensional drawing of both bathrooms, and then called at the showroom in Wilmslow, where we chose the materials. This was followed by a three dimensional concept "video". Everything about the process was thoroughly professional, and from start to finish Aaron responded within a couple of hours to our queries. The fitters, John and Ali, we're really nice guys who we immediately felt comfortable around,and having in our house. Thoroughly professional, they consulted us when the inevitable minor adjustments to the plan were needed once the floors and tiles had been taken up. They started at 8 every morning, working till 6/6.30, and completed both rooms in just over 2 weeks.What more could you want? Needless to say we now have two superb bathrooms.

Huge thanks to Aaron and his team at ISG Wilmslow for superbly finishing our 3 room project. Initially, we had planned to just replace our en-suite shower room but then decided to rip out and replace the family bathroom and downstairs sink and w.c. all at the same time. Initially, we had contacted one of the big companies to quote for the job but wasn’t happy about being asked to pay upfront for everything and then being expected to wait up to 6 months before any work was started. From the first meeting with Aaron at our home carried out during COVID restrictions we were very happy with the sheer professional approach shown which continued through the whole process. After initial discussions and 2D drawings being produced with approximate costings, we were invited to visit the ISG design studio at Wilmslow to look at samples of tiling, flooring, fittings and units. This visit again carried out very professionally under COVID protocol resulted in a formal quotation and 3D drawings being produced. A start date was agreed and adhered to as promised and work carried out to a very high standard by Aaron’s team of Dave, Chris and Patsy. All the team treated our home with complete respect throughout and left each day having cleared and tidied up after them. Despite having 3 rooms all totally ripped out and replaced at no time were we left without a shower or toilet facility. We are delighted with our finished rooms and can’t recommend ISG highly enough.
