Newport Showroom Work for our walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet started on 11th March, finally completed 21st June. The initial survey was inadequate, there was poor communication between the planner, fitters and customer. Fitters had too much control, were unreliable and made a careless mistake when measuring. The experience was stressful. Although the general manager has apologised and we received a small refund, ultimately we did not get the finish expected or the best use of space.

Thank you for leaving the review, as discussed when I came over to see you both reviews and feedback is very important to us. We would love for every review to be a good review but unfortunately on the very odd occasion not all jobs go perfect. Without feedback like yours we wouldn't be aware when things don't go perfect and wouldn't be able to improve. We have done a full review of what went wrong on your job and how we must improve. The biggest issue was poor communication on our behalf. After speaking to the Newport showroom we quickly realised we had became very busy, very quickly and Jason the showroom manager had struggled to keep on top of things. Due to this we have now taken on an extra member of staff who is full time in the showroom and is already making a massive difference. We have also taken on an extra fitting team, again this is already making a big difference. Once again we are sorry the job didn't go as smoothly as it should have and we really are grateful for the honest feedback, due to this we have already made big improvements. Louise at Ironbridge Interiors really listened to what I wanted to achieve when designing our en suite, where other bathroom companies didn’t appear to listen to me as well. She was extremely patient with my endless questions. Ray who fitted the en suite for me was very professional and tidy. His workmanship is at a very high level. Overall I’m very impressed with the company so much so I’ve booked them to fit our main bathroom in the summer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

After deciding to update the bathroom and have a total refit (including taking the bath out and replacing with a walk in shower) we arranged a meeting with Louise from Ironbridge Interiors and from there she brought to life our dream bathroom. Louise was efficient and very accommodating to our requests. She gave us useful advice and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Tony, who fitted the bathroom, worked hard and kept the house tidy while we moved out when the work was being done. The work was done within schedule. We would definitely recommend Ironbridge Interiors and will definitely use them again for our next project.

Just a brief note to thank you for your efforts in planning and implementing our new wet room. We are well pleased with it and just have to get used to the new logistics for washing etc! If you wish to see the room you are welcome to visit. The room would not look like it does if it had not been installed by a craftsman. I have to say that they demonstrated great skill, flexibility and tolerance which resulted in the room looking as it does, with a superb finish. To say that we are pleased is a marked understatement. Thank you.

We had a new Kitchen fitted. It was well planned and we were very pleased with the installation. It took slightly longer than promised but it was a very good job. Standard of fixture and fittings was very high I would recommend this company.

We have undertaken a full refurbishment of our house since moving in August 2021 and over an eighteenth month period Ironbridge Interiors has designed,supplied and fitted new bedroom furniture and hallway storage, a new main bathroom, kitchen, toilet and ensuite to a new extension. We have had a good experience with Ironbridge Interiors in terms of the quality of both materials and workmanship and the company would be our first port of call in any further work.

Ironbridge Interiors have recently fitted our new kitchen which we are extremely pleased with. We have used Ironbridge Interiors for 3 bathrooms and our kitchen and have been pleased with all of their work. Well designed spaces, friendly and reliable fitters and any issues are resolved quickly as they manufacture their own cabinetry. Couldn't recommend enough.
