Very reasonable cost estimate (and lower than others) along with confidant assurance of good outcome and timescale. Most impressed by the quality of finished work and especially the skill of Chris who did the work.

From start to finish, the experience was stress-free, solution-focused, very reasonably priced and carried out on time. My BMW was due for return at end of lease. There was one small but particularly awkward dent, as well as one or two scrapes and scratches. I was amazed at the quality of the work. The car was in showroom condition. I didn't expect to have the car valeted so that was an added bonus. I was delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending J & C.

Thank you to the team at J&C Autos, and in particular Naz. I had a broken motor on my wing mirror which rendered the passenger mirror completely un-usable (jammed in closed position), and safe driving impossible. The team were very efficient in getting a quote to me, getting parts ordered etc. Naz made the car safe for me to drive in the meantime - disconnecting the motor so that the side mirror was no longer automated but was at least fixed in an open position and therefore usable. Particularly essential when navigating roundabouts and moving across lanes. Thank you all for getting me back on the road so quickly, so that I can drive safely again.

I have a 2008 sports car which I had kept undercover but water had got into the top of the doors and the wing mirrors were starting to corrode. Not only were all the people at J and C great to deal with but the price was fair and the job was completed on time. Needless to say the end result was excellent! Thank you.

I unfortunately got too close to a fence gate and did damage to my window mirror. I was referred to J and C auto so I popped into their Maidenhead shop. Naz very promptly looked at the damage and recommended the way to solve my problem. I felt very careless and foolish but Naz reassured me and fixed my wing mirror on the spot! I can't thank you enough Naz, and certainly recommend you and J and C Auto and the good old fashioned service! Thank you!!!

As a returning customer to J&C AUTOS I would like to say what an excellent service they give, very friendly trustworthy family run company. I recently took my Son’s car for repair to front bumper, they straight away gave me a quote and booked the car in for repair. I was given a lift home and collected to pick up my car once repair completed this was such an help. The work carried out was perfect and the car looks' like new again, I couldn’t fault the great job they’ve done and would highly recommend J&C AUTOS to anyone. A proper job done to very high standards with very friendly and helpful genuine care and professionalism.

I don't generally write reviews but in this case I received such fabulous service I felt it was the least I could do. I had had an argument with a small bollard but the damage to my passenger door was quite severe and I needed it repaired swiftly because I had booked to drive to the Continent imminently. Naz and his whole team were brilliant assuring me that they would be able to complete the work on time and indeed they did. The car looks like new and everyone at J & C Autos was pleasant and cheerful and, of course, efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used J&C Autos on three occasions, once in 2019, again in 2022 and more recently August 2024. At all times the customer service has been exemplary and the quality of the repairs were first rate. Costs have been reasonable and the work has always been carried out in a timely manner. Shah and Naz are lovely fellows, very knowledgeable, hard working, polite and respectful. They repaired my wife’s BMW 440i convertible which was the victim of a hit & run in Maidenhead in August on a weekend at short notice, squeezing the job in to satisfy a valued customer. I highly recommend J&C Autos, they make spending money to fix your bent car a pleasant experience!

My car required the removal of deep scratches on the back passenger seat door. The staff (in particular Naz) were really excellent and so kind and considerate to me. The estimate for the repair was very reasonable. The scratch was removed and the colour match excellent. I would highly recommend J&C Autos - Especially Naz.

By far the most helpful of all the quotes i had and one of the best value..sourced a second hand door saving me £400...work done was first class and emailed me as soon as completed.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the guys at J & C Autos. They carried out some bodywork repair on my Mercedes this week, and I could not have asked for a better service. JC Autos have done body works after a minor crash in the past and it was great quality and at the right price however this review is for fixing the rear mirror of Porsche Cayenne today: very swiftly and to pristine conditions. Immediate attention and perfect fix in a matter of minutes.

They replaced my bumper and fixed the bonnet after someone drove into my car. They did a lovely job. Not only that thought, they were some of the most decent and friendly gents to deal with. I hope no one crashes into my car again, but if it happens I'd go back to these gents.

J&C Autos did a great job at replacing my front bumper, the colour matches exactly to my Audi S1 and it is not an easy colour to match! The work was completed quickly and to a high standard returning a clean car to me in a matter of days. Communication was kept throughout the time they had my car, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend using J&C Autos for any body repair.

Bodywork repair carried out within agreed time schedule and budget to a high standard. All members of staff courteous and helpful. Courtesy car provided free of charge and spotlessly clean. Our own car was returned fully valeted. Excellent job.
