JC Autos have done body works after a minor crash in the past and it was great quality and at the right price however this review is for fixing the rear mirror of Porsche Cayenne today: very swiftly and to pristine conditions. Immediate attention and perfect fix in a matter of minutes.

They replaced my bumper and fixed the bonnet after someone drove into my car. They did a lovely job. Not only that thought, they were some of the most decent and friendly gents to deal with. I hope no one crashes into my car again, but if it happens I'd go back to these gents.

J&C Autos did a great job at replacing my front bumper, the colour matches exactly to my Audi S1 and it is not an easy colour to match! The work was completed quickly and to a high standard returning a clean car to me in a matter of days. Communication was kept throughout the time they had my car, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend using J&C Autos for any body repair.

Bodywork repair carried out within agreed time schedule and budget to a high standard. All members of staff courteous and helpful. Courtesy car provided free of charge and spotlessly clean. Our own car was returned fully valeted. Excellent job.

I managed to scrape my car badly on a small wall I was worried about getting it repaired as it’s not something I had done before. A friend recommended J&C Autos So I got a quote from them and another garage. Their quote was cheaper but as I’d been personally recommended I accepted their quote. Well I’m glad I did I received excellent service I was given a lift home when I took the car in and was picked up at home to pick up the car a couple of days later. The car was gleaming when I arrived to pick it up the job perfectly done. All the men I spoke to were very polite and helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This was a difficult repair needing a new door and a correcting badly dented rear wheel arch. J & C sourced a replacement second hand door shell which was resprayed and this together with the repair the result was excellent and far cheaper than ordering a new door. An extra was required as the job progressed and this was charged at cost. The job was completed on time and John and his team were courteous and happy throughout turning what is often a tedious and humbling experience into a pleasure. Many thanks.

I was very pleased with the quality of the repair to paint damage on the top of the front bumper. The quote from J & C Autos was not the lowest but I felt that they knew their business and I was happy to place the business with them. The staff are courteous and friendly and the job was completed on time and to the quoted price. If the need arises, I will place any future repairs with them.

I collected my car yesterday and I'm delighted with the quality of the repair. The service was excellent, from my first visit for a quote, through the repair itself, which was completed on time. Not having needed any sort of car repair for many years, I was slightly shocked the cost. But among the quotes I obtained J&C's was very competitive and on that basis must represent good value. I have no hesitation in recommending J&C Autos.

I am someone who has absolutely limited time on their’ hands but felt totally motivated to write a review about this company. I Collected my car yesterday and am thrilled with the quality of repairs. I had a large dent on one side of the wing and bumper damage which was fixed and resprayed. Quality of work is excellent and they even repaired 2 minor dents and replace a headlamp at no extra cost. My thanks to Shah who kept me informed at all times, and to Nas and the team who carried out the work. I will definitely use them again although I hope there will never be the need.

This company repaired accident damage to my car. It was reasonably priced excellently carried out In less time than quoted .

I needed repair done on my car and had got quotes elsewhere and was becoming very worried about how much it was going to cost me. But then I got a quote from J&C and it was less than half the price of everywhere else!! They fixed it while I waited and were so quick! Excellent customer service and don't make you feel a bit dumb as a woman and try to confuse you with technical talk (which we all know can happen). Highly recommend them and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you very much guys!! :)

Having got my car back from them, 1 day beyond the eta for finish, i had to ask,why the delay? . There response was....we demanded more new parts from the insurance company to ensure that my car, was in no way compromised,due to an accident, that was not of my making. Its been 2 weeks since I collected my Qtrail and i am glad that they chose quality over turn around.
