We employed JAS Plumbing to renew and repair a kitchen tap. JAS supplied the new tap for us and the young man who came to do the work was polite and efficient and was tidy and clean in his work. We have no hesitation in recommending JAS Plumbing and we will use them again should we have need.

I have been using J&S for a few years now, both on my own and other properties. Toilet problems, boiler services, gas safety certificates and even a full boiler replacement. Every job has been done with care, as described, and for a fair price. I have no plans to ever use anyone else. These guys are great.

My boiler service the week before Christmas lead to a condemned boiler. J&S Plumbing sorted out fitting a replacement boiler on their last working day before the break. I was very appreciative of such speedy work.

I first contacted this company one evening online with a brief summary of the problem I was having with my boiler I received a phone call 1st thing the next morning to arrange an engineer to visit. I was fitted in ASAP to my delight. Contact with this company was always very professional and helpful. The same engineer visited my property twice 1st time to examine the issue and 2nd time to fix the problem. Very punctual and polite.I would highly recommend this company to anyone Thankyou J& S for your very high work standards that you did for me .

This is the third time I’ve used J&S plumbing & heating and the title suggests yet again very good standard of work carried out by a very pleasant and very professional engineer who is Christian, this is the second time he has worked at my home and he does “exactly what is said on the tin” having only recently moved to area and with winter on the way I needed my central heating sorting out, after a lot of very thorough checks the whole system now works very well indeed so we are all now “Toasty” if and when the need arises again I will call J&S straight away,great company

Our tradesman came in and tackled the job quickly and efficient. He cleared out all the debris behind the fire and capped off the gas pipes. He also capped off the calor gas pipes on the outside of the house. He took away the old gas fire and disposed of all the rubbish. Everything was left clean and tidy. I thought the bill was very reasonable and I’d happily use this company again.

Upon starting the heating system up, after the summer, we had a number of issues arise. J & S Plumbing were recommended by a family member. Christian first called and located a leaking AAV, which was replaced nice and quickly. Subsequently had another leaking AAV in a different location, sorted out by Alfie, unfortunately the system was not holding a working pressure, Alfie investigated and got right down to the issue, a leak at the boiler and yes the floor was awash, only option now was a new boiler. Old boiler removed and new boiler fitted and working in a full day (8-5) by Alfie and james, power flush and commissioning the following day. The lines of communication are superb, the office staff are very friendly/polite and funny, the engineers are polite and honest and explained there work in easy to understand language. We had a small issue with the remote online heating app, which was found to be a wiring issue at the boiler, Jason called in and sorted it in short time. very happy with the final result, definately recommend J&S Plumbing.

If you are not impressed with anything else about JAS you will be impressed with communication. Told when coming, whose coming and then when the person is on the way. Initially had boiler service - then took out a care plan. Problem recently - engineer came same day. Unfortunately needed a new boiler. James came to fit it; worked really hard and was obviously disappointed that he couldn't get it working that day. Jason came the day after to fit a larger gas pipe. Very neat job and my wife was very impressed with the cleanup afterwards. Couple of days later Gabriel came to power flush and fit a T piece This was a safety requirement spotted by Jason- no extra charge for this. All engineers very friendly - Gabriel gets an extra point for helping me to catch an escaped dog! Would definitely recommend.

An engineer came the very same day i first called, my central heating had broken, fixed without fuss, and it's an older system! Very happy with the work done.

Communication, time keeping and work all completed to a very high standard. They did exactly what they said they would do. Have used on numerous occasions and highly recommend.

Following having our boiler serviced, we asked the engineer to investigate some waste pipe issues we were having. Alfie politely obliged and suggested a solution. This work was carried out efficiently and to a great standard. The boiler service was very thorough with aftercare suggestions given as well. I booked in with j&s plumbing and heating for a boiler service. They managed to get me booked in within two weeks of the phone call and explained the price and service required on the phone. The price was competitive and reasonable. A gentleman called Barry came and serviced my boiler; he was pleasant, efficient and talked me through the process. 100% recommend j&s plumbing and heating and will use in the future.

We have been using J&S since moving up to Lincs from Essex six or seven years ago now and have never looked back! We've also subscribed to the monthly care plan since it was introduced which really does offer incredible value with the annual boiler service and genuine all year round peace of mind it comes with. It was a neighbour that recommended J&S to me and I'm more than happy to recommend Jason and his highly professional team to anyone reading this, 5 stars all the way!

What a great firm and engineer Arrived early as arranged and know everything about the appliance that needed repair .

J&S Plumbing and heating were installing at a local property and I thought I call for a quote, Jason came over later that day and surveyed the property for an Aircon Install. Advised me on the best locations for units and how effiecent they would be. The quote was competitive and was a fixed price with no up-sales and hidden extra which was refreshing as other quotes we’d received had extras and option which was confusing We booked J&S plumbing in fo installation the gents turned up an were polite and friendly, they took care of the property and mindful of the neighbours with parking etc all the little things they made it a pleasurable experience, the install was completed to schedule and the Aircon works perfectly and works as promised and described and we couldn’t be happier, looking forward to having cooler summer evenings next year and warming winters when trying to sleep. I would highly recommend, and have done already to friends and family

J & S plumbing and heating did a great job, very friendly and accommodating installers, described what was needed, what they would be doing and worked around us in a small house. They protected all the floors and working areas, cleaned up after, found solutions to the problems you find in an older house. they provide a good service and completed a good installation. They were on time, completed the works as described in three days, accommodated our needs for pipework routes and the like and were a pleasure.

J&S Plumbing fitted our new boiler in 2022. We have it serviced every year as part of an ongoing plan . The water sample from last service carried out on 15.9.2925 revealed the inhibitor levels were low in the central heating system . I phoned the company and they gave me an appointment for 25.9.2025. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the necessary work to top up the level efficiently. The Company have always provided good engineers who are polite and who work clean and tidy. They have always kept me informed of the name of the engineer coming out and time of arrival. They also tell you when they are on their way to your property. A very considerate company. The cost is a little more than some of their competitors for the work they do but I think its worth it to have that trust in a company who provide reliable engineers who do an excellent job . As long as this continues I will continue to use them .

Had my annual boiler service. Alfie arrived on time and carried out a thorough service, and when he finished, the area was spotless. He took a water sample from a radiator to see if some inhibitor needed to be added. Two days later, I was informed that this was not necessary. They could have added some and charged, and I would have been none the wiser - this is what I consider first class service . I have used them before to replace radiators and cannot praise this company enough. I would recommend them with confidence to anyone.

It was time to replace the gas boiler at my son's house, and the installation carried out by J&S Plumbing and Heating has been excellent. The old boiler was removed with the minimum of fuss, and the new one was installed to a highly professional level. Great care was taken by the engineers to protect carpets, etc, and to leave everything tidy. The quality of the new pipework is excellent, as is the brickwork around the new flue. The new boiler was up and running by the end of the first day, followed by a power flush of the radiators on day two. The engineers made sure that we were comfortable with how to operate everything and answered all our questions clearly. Overall, very impressed and I cannot recommend J&S Plumbing and Heating highly enough.

We use J&S for our boiler service yearly and Barry is always great! We recently had James replace some radiators and install a new thermostat for us, we are very pleased each time J&S attend, they are all very professional, polite and most of all reliable! We have booked in for more radiators and look forward to the excellent service continuing, highly recommend! The staff on the phone are always very helpful also answering any questions and talking you through things.
