When my aged Megaflo unvented cylinder finally gave up, I posted the job on Checkatrade, and Greg from Jet gave me a call. On an initial visit my options were discussed and quotes provided. Jet did a really neat installation of a new cylinder, simplified the pipework and updated valves. Everything was fully explained as the job progressed and the price was as quoted. An excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely be using Jet for boiler servicing etc and can thoroughly recommend this local company.

Agreed on a price quickly by text with Greg to install the Esteem shower valve that I'd purchased myself. Greg and his son Jack arrived on time on the agreed date. There were issues with the fixing (loose internal pipes), but the team quickly got the necessary additional fixing kit to remedy this. Work completed, and happy with agreed price. I am able to fully recommend Jet Professional Plumbing and Heating for plumbing work.

My boiler needed servicing, but it soon became clear that the condensate pipe to my newish boiler had not been installed properly. The Jet Plumbing engineers not only reassured me that they could fix the problem, but also referred me to the installation manual to confirm their diagnosis. They sent photos of previous work they had done and communicated quickly and clearly online. They were professional and efficient throughout the job. They were affordable and extremely polite. I can’t praise their work, and work ethic, enough.

I had my sink unit replaced as I shattered my basin by dropping a glass container in it. Greg and Jack were very helpful in fact they offered to purchase the new unit. This was so kind as I am elderly and would have found it hard to do. They both did an amazing job. Even painted the wall as the new unit was slightly smaller. They were extremely kind and reassuring. I would definitely recommend them. They also installed a small radiator in my conservatory as it is very cold in the winter Again they purchased the radiator. It has made such a difference. They are very professional, kind and reassuring. Excellent service. So grateful

Install two close coupled toilets & replace a radiator with towel rail. install bathroom vanity unit, basin and taps. Outstanding workmanship. Professional, knowledgeable and very experienced. Respectful and courteous. Clean, Tidy and always bang on time. All at a reasonable price. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend (they were also two really nice guys !)
