We came back from a week holiday to a freezing cold house (In Mid Winter) as our central heating had broken down. John quickly diagnosed the problem (Central Heating Pump Failure) and repaired the pump quickly. We were charged a very reasonable rate for the work. John is a true professional.

I gave John a call about the ignition on my gas cooker hob that wouldn't stop clicking and John was brilliant. He could quite easily have come out to fix the issue and charged me a fee, but instead he talked me through the process of resolving the problem over the phone. It turned out to be a quick and easy problem to solve, which anybody can do (i.e. doesn't need any specialist training or gas / electrical certification). Thank you John, you are a star.

On 2 separate occasions, our gas cooker developed a problem. Naturally this was quite worrying. John diagnosed both problems for us quickly and provided us with straightforward and extremely cheap cures. The second time, he took a phone call on a Saturday evening - respect!

John really is the expert the reviews here support. Our system was broken with a number of issues resulting in a series of breakdowns in very cold weather and massive repair bills that only provided short term repair before breaking down again. He replied to my plea for help and was wonderfully re-assuring and professional. He arrived a couple of days later and his expertise has got us on the road to recovery. A great plumber and a lovely person.

John carried out an in depth survey of my heating system with which I had been having some troubles over the previous three months. He produced an excellent report and recommendations to improve the situation, with a clear and concise quotation for the necessary work, which I accepted. The operation was extensive involving the replacement of 10 radiators and fitting in a system filter together with changes in the plumbing. He was always punctual, and ensured we had a serviceable system each night when he finished. A very diligent, friendly engineer who I can strongly recommend.

John Creasey was quick to answer my SOS email for help (in the week before Xmas) even although he was up to his eyeballs in long hours work in the run up to Christmas. His advice was very pragmatic and helpful and my immediate impression was of an expert, someone I could trust and who really knows his stuff. He never charges for the call out, even although he spent an initial 1.5 hours looking through the issues. He gave me a prompt estimate and timescale for the work (well within my requirement - Xmas guests coming and hot water please!). He practices great, clear communication, good solid and successful work with no stone left unturned, and all at an incredibly reasonable price - I'd recommend him again and again.
