Andy did most of the work himself, with the help of two others for specialised tasks eg; electrical wiring. I found him polite and considerate, and he did a good job in updating our antiquated boiler and associated plumbing. Despite him having to pull up carpets and cut access panels in the floor, we were able to continue to use our rooms each evening and we were not left without heat or hot water for any length of time. Overall an efficiently executed job with the minimum of disruption, and all was left tidy and clean when he had finished.

We have used Andy for some 5 or 6 years now. He is always professional, competent, friendly and his services are competitively priced. He is reliable and turns up on time. He has carried out many tasks for us including fitting a new boiler and upgrading the heating system as well as simple jobs such as sorting out leaky showers and taps. He methodically works through the issue and deals with any setbacks as and when they arise. He is not satisfied until the customer (i.e. me) is happy. I would recommend him without any hesitation and will continue to use his services again in the future.

Andy Jones, Jones & Sons, Plumbers & Heating Engineers fitted a new bath and toilet having removed the old ones too. He also changed a stuck stopcock for a lever tap. He arrived when he said he would, gave us a very reasonable quote and appropriate timescale. He brought another tradesman with him to do the carpentry. All the work was carried out to a high standard and a problem was resolved immediately. I would recommend this company.

Andy replaced an existing sink with a new one of slightly different dimensions. From first contact to his departure, he has been conscientious in terms of responses, pricing, and punctuality, as well as being a highly competent and thoughtful workman. I cannot recommend him highly enough at a time when it is increasingly difficult to find such reliable tradespeople. We are entirely satisfied with his work and with his pricing.
