James undertook a number of jobs for us, including the installation of an external security light, fitting an electric fire in our conservatory, creating a new PowerPoint within the home, and fitting external PowerPoints in our garden. He arrived on time, completed all the work to an exceptionally high standard. And was meticulously tidy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others.

James arrived early at our address, ensuring that we received prompt attendance. He is a polite and respectful gentleman; he engaged extremely well and ensured that he completed the job as required. He was informative and reassuring throughout the process. His work was tidy, he wore protective footwear whilst in the house, and was extremely respectful of our property, ensuring that a protective sheet remained in place to protect our flooring throughout his work. He delivered just as required, and we wouldn't hesitate to use his services moving forward. A first-class job.

I received a quick reply to my initial contact which was followed up within an hour with a full quote. The work was scheduled and undertaken within 3 days. This is the first time I have commissioned this company to undertake work - it was an Electrical Installation Condition report on a property I am in the process of purchasing. I am a fan of Which? Trusted Traders and that is where I found JP Electrical. From my first conversation with them about what I required, I was impressed and they have been very professional throughout - they contacted me to confirm that the inspection had been booked in and then a gentle reminder of the appointment (which I found helpful). They provided the report when they said they would and it is comprehensive. I will definitely be asking JP Electrical to do some work for me when I finally get moved in, and would recommend them to others.

James came out to assess my requirements and followed it up with a written quote, which I judged to be fair. Agreed a time and date for the work. He arrived at the given time and carried out the work to a high standard. He cleaned up and tested all the installation.
