JPA Roofing came highly recommended to us by a professional in the Construction Industry, and we have to agree that they are incredibly professional. JPA was impressive from the very first meeting when they came to assess the job right through to job completion. Kylo answered all the questions we had in clear and in simple terms to ensure we fully understood what we would be paying for. They stuck to the agreed time frames (apart from the delay caused by the weather) and everything went to plan. We are incredibly pleased with the level of service provided by the team.

JPA Roofing replaced a roof over an extension. I felt confident in Kylo's assessment and detailed quote (when the original tiles were removed his assessment proved to be spot on). The work was done on the agreed date by a very friendly, professional team who worked really well together. Had to wait a while for the 10 year guarantee paperwork to come through but Kylo chased it up and there were no problems liaising with Kylo by phone or email during that time. I would certainly recommend this company.

JPA Roofing and Leadwork repaired my leaking bay window roof. They promptly surveyed the problem using a drone and quoted a price and time scale for the repair which I found acceptable. Shortly before the work was due to start the scaffolder was unavailable but Kylo quickly resolved the problem and the work went ahead as expected. The team replaced the leaking leaded roof and left the site cleared of all debris. They were polite and industrious. The work was completed on time and to the agreed price so I can fully recommend them for the work they have done for me.

JPA Roofing came to repair and improve valleys on our roof - a result of the original builder back in 1995 using poor quality materials and substandard design. I was given a details quote promptly, and the work was completed swiftly - builder had a slight delay as another job overran but that did not matter. Job done, to high standard, with cheerful workmen and completed within the specified time. Yes, they are good!

Kylo and his team put a new roof on our garage, which had been persistently leaking for some time. He arrived, on time, to check what was needed and kept me informed of the timescale so that I could plan around the work. Kylo and all workers were polite and helpful and answered all my questions. This company came to check on a roof leak and to quote for replacement guttering; they were on time for appointment, gave a detailed quote swiftly, set a date to start work, fulfilled their date and time commitment, did the job well - slightly hampered by rain, were cheerful, polite, quick to get on with the work, completed it to our satisfaction, and cleared all rubbish from the site. Kylo has now worked on 3 of our properties including our home. He has done a whole roof change including changing 2 corrugated lean-to roofs to proper flat ones that are well sealed. He’s also worked on two flat roofs on our home property which had been appallingly finished by a previous tradesman. Communication with Kylo and the team, as well as their efficiency was without fault. The workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone needing an honest, qualified and thoroughly pleasant roofer.

I wish to thank Kylo and his team for the marvellous job they did today. I incurred storm damage to my roof during storm Eunice on the 18th February 2022. Kylo came the next day and assessed the damage gave me a quote straight away, and promised to do the work in 3 weeks time. However he contacted me in the week and said he could do it on Saturday the 26th February but was actually able to do it today Friday 25th. Kylo and his team worked brilliantly and quickly together each knowing exactly what they needed to do, I was very impressed with everything they did. Thank you once again.
