Our village hall committee commissioned JPS to fit 32 solar panels to our hall roof to reduce our running costs. This was a big outlay for the hall which is run by volunteers as a Charity. JPS could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional throughout. We were delayed by the need to gain several permissions from landowners, the local authority and our insurers. Whatever the query JPS staff dealt promptly and effectively with it. Every single member of staff we dealt with, including the subcontracted scaffolders, were polite, on time and carried out their work as required and to a high standard. They met every deadline and we would not hesitate to recommend them as a very supportive and professional firm.

I asked JPS if they would supply and fit a 3rd battery to my solar system. Their quotation was good and the team arranged site visit and provided a suitable date. The work was completed the same day and is working perfectly. Installation team were efficient and friendly. Follow up paperwork and certificates were supplied soon after completion. Definately worth recomending.

We decided to add battery storage to our existing solar system and contacted several companies to get quotes. We decided to go with JPS Renewable Energy Ltd as they took the time to call to talk through the options available as well as the process involved rather than just emailing back a quote. They offered options and explained what was involved in the installation and how it would work alongside my existing solar panels. Their team was very professional and kept me updated throughout the application process. The engineers that did the installation did a very good job on the project and a very high quality install of the battery and gateway. We were without power for less than an hour during the installation and everything was completed to a high standard. Once commissioned the engineer talked me through using the online app to monitor and control the new system and answered any questions I had. The aftersale service was also excellent with the completition documents all arriving in just over a week after the installation. I would recommend this company.

I have been looking for a good reliable solar panel company for a couple of years and noticed JPS getting good reviews. After discussing my requirements with the Project designer Jack and obtained valuable advice , I ordered both solar panels and a storage battery from them and I can honestly say the whole experience was what I hoped for! The whole team were very helpful from the design and advise to the office staff and fitters, Nik; Tim; Harry and Jason, who were very polite, accommodating and their attention to detail was very good. The project was completed to an agreed timescale, and I am extremely happy with the system. There was regular communication and the aftercare service was fantastic! Thank you JPS for the great customer service you provided!

The whole process was carried out very efficiently from the initial consultation to the site survey to the battery installation. JPS communicated well. The work was carried out on time and those doing the work - Harry and his colleagues - were very pleasant. Good job!

No mess,no fuss just a great job once again. I can highly recommend JPS for your installations as from the 1st call to finish they are there for you. I had my solar and EV charger fitted in 2018, Tesla wall battery in 2022 and now a 2nd one and they have been faultless in all transactions. Their tech guys are tops, if they cannot provide an answer straight away they will research and respond quickly. I don't normally do surveys but JPS deserve this.

JPS Renewable Energy helped us select, design and implement a solar and battery installation for our home. Its not a simple process and this company helped us make good choices. Once the project was specified the installation was arranged and delivered on time. The implementation was done to a very high level with all the new equipment setup in very tidy locations. The panels on the roof look excellent. Finally the handover pack and briefing on how to operate it all was done and left us able to control and modify the setup as required. Great service I would highly recommend.

March 2023 JPS fitted our solar panels, car charger, along with a Tesla Powerwall in May of that year. Through the winter of 2023/24 the Powerwall performed well. At the time we opted for one Powerwall. Two seemed to be ideal to reduce grid dependency. Winter of 2024\25 we ordered a second battery. As with the first installation we find JPS honest, informative and efficient through the whole process from quotation to installation and post support. No issues, all prep work needed with authorities was under take by JPS. Installation was completed within half a day. They took away all packaging, leaving the site clean and tidy.
