Just fascias are a very professional company from start to finish. Could not fault them on anything. The workmen were very efficient. They arrived early every morning. They were always polite and friendly. At the end of each day they cleaned away everything leaving no trace of them having been. Their workmanship is excellent and transformed the house. They even added finishing touches that we never thought of, e.g. the area above my garage door had a lintel visible, they boarded over this to make it look finished off. They moved a drain pipe over to accommodate us being able to fit a light. We have a 7 x 4 metre conservatory with glass roof which they put up scaffolding over, this was up for one day only for them to carry out the work necessary then removed. They also covered the glass on the roof as added protection. They estimated the work to last 3 to 4 days and it was completed at midday on the 4th day. Really pleased with the work, and would highly recommend.

Just Fascias replaced the fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes plus fitted dry verge caps to the gable ends. The surveyor who came explained about the product and procedure, showed us the construction and measured up before providing a quotation. Due to bad weather on the previous job, the work started a couple of days later than proposed but the office kept us fully informed. The workmen arrived on time, were polite, friendly, hard working, efficient and cleared up after each day. We did not need to do any clearing afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and it makes our house look very much nicer. Even the builders who are now building an extension for us commented on how good it looked and obviously a very high standard - high praise indeed! The quote was detailed and precise, the communication of how & when was clear, the craftsmen were punctual, polite and professional. The end result was the outside of our home was weatherproofed efficiently and updated the look to how it was when it was new - but better! Thoroughly recommend the team of James, Jack and Terry - hard grafters who really take pride in their work. A 10 year guarantee as well for peace of mind. The team tidied up every day, scanning for nails and screws that may find their way into the car tyres, very conscientious and detail driven. Advised and helped on related installation issues (hiding data cables and power for external lighting and cameras), they really gave 100% + to their job.
