Couldn’t be happier with the work done by Just Fascias. They replaced all out Fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes over 4 days. Each day the guys arrived on time. We’re extremely courteous and professional in their approach to the job in hand and their interactions with us the customer. They were happy to discuss any bits of the work being done. Also very impressed at how clean and tidy they kept our property. The end result of their work is first class and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. Excellent job done at a very fair price.

I first came across Just Fascias through a web search of businesses in our area. My first encounter was on the telephone which was a positive experience. They sent a surveyor and we talked through what needed to be done. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and advice. My second encounter was with a very pleasant lady who rang to confirm a start date for the work to be done. My third encounter was with the team of workers when they arrived to do the work. This team were very approachable and completed the work efficiently and with care. From start to finish I have been delighted with the experience not to mention the ten year workmanship warranty. Very professional.

Extremely pleased with the excellent work carried on at my premises. The work was completed on schedule and according to the original estimate. Also, very satisfied with the courteous and helpful office staff.

Fascias and guttering replaced, what a transformation! Completed on budget the workmen were punctual, courteous and professional, taking time to explain simply any query put their way. The weather fought them all the way but the property was maintained watertight at all times. All rubbish was cleared away to a high standard. In addition, no heavy handed sales tactics, the products were explained and a price given appropriately with after sales call to check we were happy with the completed work. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Fascias and the quality of materials used.

Excellent service, professional & quality workmanship!! It is always quite daunting when getting quotes and choosing the right company for home repairs etc. From the initial visit to my house, offering recommendations (moving the fall-pipes to the rear of the property, aligning the garage gutter with the porch gutter etc etc) and giving full details of the work that would be carried out (including photos from the previous jobs that have been completed). I felt completely at ease and was happy to go ahead. The work was completed earlier than planned to accommodate me, which I am grateful for. I cannot praise the 3 workmen enough. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional workmanship. It was freezing throughout the 4 days that the guys were at my property, but they all worked non-stop from the moment that they arrived (on-time every morning) to the moment that they left. Each day, my property (driveway etc) was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed. Scaffolding was used each day to ensure quality of work and taken down and rebuilt whenever any risk from wind. I really cannot praise 'Just Fascias' enough, and will definitely be recommending to family and friends that may be looking to have any work completed in the future. I will also be using Just Fascias without hesitation for any work that I may require in future. Happy Customer

i have just had my fascias and guttering replaced by just fascias and what a fantastic job they have done from the initial contact where everything was explained to me, how the work would be carried out and showing me what materials would be used and there was no high pressure selling like you get off some company's.i decided to accept the quote and have the work done and couldn't be happier,the work took 5 days to complete (3 bedroom detached house) by 2 fitters who worked to an extremely high standard, cleaned up every day and took all the rubbish with them,my house now looks fantastic, nice to find a company that do what they say.

We received 4 quotes for new fascia, soffits and guttering, Glynn's was not the cheapest but it was the only quote where they looked like they knew what they were talking about. He was very professional and talked us through the work that would be carried out. The guys that did the work were very polite and kept things tidy. I was not happy with where they reattached to phone wires and straight away they were happy to move it for me. They work quietly with no fuss. I am really impressed with the work carried out and the overall professionalism of the fitters and Glynn. I feel they when the extra mile and I would be more than happy to recommend just Fascias Ltd.

From my first contact with the Company they were very professional and having listened to my requirements for replacing the existing cladding made recommendations that although it meant more work it would certainly improve on my thoughts and which I found most useful.No pressure was put on us to accept the quote which we accepted and a provisional installation date agreed.The fitting team arrived and introduced themselves and proceeded with the installation. They were very professional in their work and kept me informed.As with any project some unforeseen problems arose but they were not fazed and came up with appropriate affordable solutions,which certainly enhanced the finished job.The team were very courteous and were a credit to their Company and I would have no hesitation in using this company for any future work.

Recently replaced my old guttering for new. Just Fascias kept in contact with me before and after the job. Completed the work in I day to a very high standard. Very professional. Clean and tidy work. Highly recommended. Will book again.

The whole experience of having our fascias and soffits replaced by Just Fascias was excellent. We had intended to get two or three quotes before booking a company to carry out the work but Glyn Burns' was the first to quote and we were convinced of the quality of work he expected from his team and the pride his company took in the end product that we accepted his quote very quickly. We were not disappointed! The fitters were on time and soon showed their professionalism and skills. The weather turned extremely wet and windy during the afternoon but they continued to work until they were like drowned rats! They returned the next morning and quickly completed the job. They were friendly and professional at all times and their cleaning-up was exemplary. All in all, a brilliant job from an excellent company!

Explained to Mr. Burns what I wanted and needed. He did detailed measurements of the roofline came back in abit later gave me a quote and explained to me how he came to that figure. Once decided to go ahead was told when and how it would proceed from there and just like I was told the process began. Very courteous and professional the 3 gentleman were the 3 days they were on site. A great job from start to finish, would recommend highly.
