I chose Just Gas based on the reviews on Which and I wasn't disappointed with their service. They came to do a combo boiler replacement and the quote was extremely clear and reasonably priced. They were doing the work for my elderly parents and spent the time to explain clearly what they were going to do and the options available. I felt confident that they respected my parents and they did an amazing job. Turned up on time with a phone call to say they were on their way. Jake in particular was very accommodating, polite, friendly and efficient. A few days after the job the wireless thermostat failed and they came promptly to fix it. Since then there have been no problems and I don't anticipate any. The whole process was stress free for my parents and I can highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted during Covid (not installed by Just Gas, I wish they had) our builder used his own plumber. Nothing wrong with the initial installation but at Christmas we began losing bar pressure and water coming out of a faulty valve. Post Christmas we contacted Just Gas. They have effected an excellent repair and also given us a higher specification on various parts. Very pleased with Just Gas and Chris who attended to the boiler. We were one month out of what should have been our guarantee so a fairly expensive bill to pay - but we consider it worth it for their expertise. They are now the company we will use for annual servicing. I would recommend them.

This was my first time using Just Gas Ltd and I was very impressed with the whole process from booking the service to the service it’s self. The gas engineer arrived on time was very polite and explained exactly what he was doing. After the service I promptly received an polite email with the invoice and it was a reasonable a price, no hidden charges just exactly what was quoted when I booked the service. I found it very easy to pay via bank transfer. It’s good to know that they will send me a reminder when my boiler is due for another service so I can relax and have peace of mind. I have used JustGas in the past and had work completed from general maintenance to a full boiler replacement. I have always found them to be reliable, friendly and efficient in all aspects. My most recent request was an urgent heating system issue. As soon as I'd booked the appointment I received a text with confirmation. Then before the appt I received an update on the time to expect the engineer. He arrived on cue and quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. As always a great service. Just Gas has been servicing my boiler for four years now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company. The engineer arrives at the agreed time, they know their job and have several years, or even decades experience. They are friendly and polite and make sure to tidy up after they have finished the job. I also like the fact that I can pay the invoice online when it arrives promptly by email. I had recently moved house and was unfamiliar with the room thermostat linked to the boiler but the engineer was happy to explain how it works and showed me how to re-progamme it to suit my needs better.

Excellent boiler service by the very experienced Chris - who must be one of the best in the business (I have met some of the others). I remembered Chris, he had replaced a central heating pump for me in 2015 when he was working for British Gas. On this occasion he rang me to offer a service that day as opposed to the date booked! Nice guy who certainly knows his stuff and doesn't cut corners. Also great communication from Just Gas. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Chris & Just Gas.

My central heating failed on a Sunday morning. The fault was the actuator on the zone valve. I left a message on the website and received an email to say the work would be done on Monday the next day. Without fuss an engineer turned up on Monday afternoon and the fault was fixed. For some time I have considered zoning my Worcester Combi to help save on our Heating bills. Following four Heating firms - one very local & Worcester installer - visit to price the job with no further communication and emails to two more without reply I asked Just Gas to assess & quote for the work. The job was viewed, priced and arranged swiftly. The engineers arrived punctually, assessed the simplest way to make the changes and then worked well to achieve the result. Despite a complicated arrangement to overcome, the work is unbelievably neat and completed in a reasonable time frame allowing for a service to be completed at my request. Having had our annual boiler service carried out by Just Gas, my wife and I decided that we would ask Just Gas to carry out a system Power flush. We were absolutely delighted with all 12 radiators fully functioning for the first time since our boiler was installed by a different firm. I used Just Gas in Torquay when replacing our boiler. Martin, sales manager, replied to our email request within a couple of hours. The quote was competitive and work was scheduled to take place quickly. The engineers, Jon and Jake, arrived early (good job I was out of bed!). Just Gas has been our preferred gas engineer for seven years. When we decided to replace our boiler they gave a number of quotations for various options together with helpful advice. The underfloor system was flushed and the existing system removed. A new Viessmann 111-W then fitted over two days by two engineers. They worked very cleanly and politely providing a very neat plumbed installation. Since the heating of the house has been much improved with plentiful supplies of hot water. We are happy with our choice of boiler and very satisfied with its installation.

With solar panels and batteries newly installed, we had Just Gas chemical-clean our radiators, replace our old boiler and cistern, and install an iBoost (to help heat water with solar power). The work was all carried out while we were away from home. We returned to a warm house and no mess -- brilliant! Graham was helpful from the start. On our return his team came back and cheerfully and methodically helped us diagnose whether a leak we found had anything to do with the work they had carried out. It didn't, but we weren't charged for this call-out. Graham was patient and good-humoured as he did the hand-over and showed us how to change settings, etc. We will happily use Just Gas in future and recommend them highly.

Having had less than a good experience with the central heating boiler service last year, I took better care with my choice this time round. I couldn't have chosen more wisely, Just Gas did an excellent job. The engineers were professional and friendly and worked efficiently. It wasn't an easy job as the boiler sits in a tight corner and a cupboard door needs to be detached to gain access but they remained positive throughout. The work was done as agreed and I was being informed by text when the engineers were on their way. I was not able to switch the heating back on afterwards - my fault, I didn't see the vital button in that dark corner - but Just Gas arranged for an extra visit with a short notice to help me out; again showing good care for their customers.

Extremely quick service to install new boiler with 10 year guarantee. I rang Just Gas Ltd on Friday the 17th of May regarding my 19 year old boiler not working. The owner of the firm came that afternoon and gave me a price which I excepted and paid a deposit for a new boiler. The next day, Saturday the 18th May two polite heating engineer arrived at 9 am and laid out dust sheets they then proceed to work very quickly in a professional manner until they completed installation. They tidied up and cleared all waste from the job and showed me how the new boiler works . Exceptional service! Please note ; Many years ago I was a plumber / gas heating engineer.

Just Gas have been excellent. They fixed and serviced my boiler, and changed a water tank in the loft. No mess or fuss. They turned up when they said they would, and did the work I wanted them to do. Very friendly and kept me informed of the work they were doing during the day. There was a bit of a problem with the boiler, the reason I called them was the boiler was making a loud noise. They identified the problem and confirmed it with the manufacturer, Glow Worm. Just Gas were very diligent to ensure they identified the problem correctly so as to not charge me for something I didn't need. It's not often I am impressed enough to write a positive review, I'd recommend them.

Graham gave me an accurate appraisal of my existing system during an emergency call to fit a new pump when my heating failed just as the snow started. I now have a new boiler, fitted by John, who did a superb job taking out my old system and and installing new pipework. Sam, Sammy and Alison were all very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and efficient too. The price was fair and exactly as quoted with no hidden extras. They came when they said they would and let me know by text that they were on the way. Sam, the engineer and Taylor, the apprentice, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Having had a complete system installed 4 years ago, I decided to use another Worchester Bosch approved gas engineer to carry out my annual service as his charges are considerably cheaper than Just Gas. On completion of the service, he reported that the pipe work supplying my boiler was undersized meaning the boiler is only working on the cusp of it's minimum operating parameter. I called Worchester Bosch and reported that the work was not to standard, but as expected, they have told me to deal with Just Gas direct which I'm reluctant to do. Given that this company is approved by Which, I wonder if there's any support that can be provided by Which as I'm a long standing member? It will be interesting to see if I get any reply?

Arrived later than expected but not affected by this. Worked quick & efficient with gas service. Previous had repaired a cistern (leaking toilet) but this was not a quality repair as it was not secured in length & had to repaired, replaced by another contract.
