We had a significant problem with both a failed boiler, which was scheduled for replacement a week later, and the back-up immersion heater. I contacted Justin at 9pm on a Friday and he came round at 2pm on the following Monday to install a replacement immersion element. I was absolutely delighted by all aspects of his service and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Justin is extremely knowledgeable and is meticulous in his work. Super safety conscious and a perfectionist. Always cleans up perfectly as though he hasn’t been there. Thinks of his customers first. Came over on a Sunday night after I managed to drill through a hot water pipe while fixing floor boards. He drained the system, fixed the pipe and got everything back working within an hour. Absolutely saved me and charged a very reasonable amount.

Justin came to our rescue after we were experiencing issues with our nest system. We live in quite a remote area which means the WiFi signal is not always its best. Justin installed a new hive system but kept it WiFi free. It might seem like a step back, but a reliable, schedule planned heating system is what we need and Justin understood that. He also found another fault with our boiler and sorted that, he is knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable with his pricing. We would not hesitate to go back to Justin in the future and hope he will been a contractor we can call on from now on. Don’t hesitate in giving him a call.

We identified a fault with our gas fire. After isolating our gas supply we contacted Just Heat and Justin came round straight away. He made the appliance safe, tested the boiler and hob, and we had the heating back on in no time at all. Could not ask for more. We are always very happy with his service over the years and his knowledge, as he take the time to explain everything clearly.

I first heard of Justin after he had installed a new boiler for my daughter. I was having a lot of trouble with the boiler supplier and Justin moved the controls down into the cupboard for me which were originally up in the loft and difficult to get to. When my old control panel went wrong I was able to send Justin various photos of the gauge and he could talk me through it which put my mind at ease. Justin came to service my boiler today. I then decided to update my system and he was very patient showing me how to download the Hive App on my phone, which wasn't straight forward due to varying email addresses. I would thoroughly recommend Justin for all your heating needs, it really gives me peace of mind.

My thermostat gave up the ghost a few months ago and Justin coaxed it back into life, warning it was on its last legs. When it packed up again his response time, professionalism and ability to tailor options to my needs were exceptional. Plus he never makes you feel like a numpty which is unusual. He installed my boiler about eight years ago and I've never had a problem with it since.
