Major failure with boiler/heating. JustHeat was recommended by another trusted authorised Worcestershire Bosch engineer. Justin arrived within 1 hour of call and immediately identified the problem - boiler replacement necessary. A written estimate was provided within a further 60 minutes despite the late hour (after 6 pm). The estimate was accepted on condition that the work would be given priority attention . The work was completed within 72 hours of the original call-out. Justin is a highly skilled accredited heating engineer by Worcs-Bosch. His knowledge was clearly apparent and his work left nothing to be desired. Justin is polite, courteous and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

After having a disappointing engineer from another company who hadn’t got a clue, Mis diagnosed the problem, left me with a dripping tap and no water out of one tap! The work was to install a heat pump, new radiators, replace all hot and cold water pipework . JustHeat were well organised, professional and reliable through the entire works from initial quote to final commissioning and handover. The team worked hard and consistently in the whole house and were very respectful of our personal space and need to continue to live in the house while work was in progress. Unforeseen issues were resolved quickly and we were kept fully informed of progress and plans during the work. The work and the time scale were clearly described to us at the quotation stage. The work was on time and only delayed due to unforeseen additional preparation. We were completely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and professionalism of JustHeat.
