Justin was very helpful when my boiler stopped working and displayed two error codes. He fitted me in at short notice, arrived on time and advised me of what he was doing. He fixed the boiler in record time and was very polite, tidy and efficient, would highly recommend.

I had a previous 'engineer' come in and after 4 weeks, he could not diagnose the problem, so I called Justin, who came the next day after my call for a faulty boiler. He was able to diagnose the faults and repair the boiler in just over 1 hour. He explained everything as he removed the faulty parts, explaining what was wrong with them in detail. He worked fast, was courteous and very efficient. He had all the replacement parts with him in his van and quickly rectified the issues. I could not have been happier with his work.

He quickly provided a detailed quote for its replacement and kindly rearranged his schedule to get the work done. There was a great deal of pipework to alter and a considerable amount of associated parts to fit and Justin worked solidly for 2 days. He worked considerately and even vacuumed the carpet before leaving! We were impressed by Justin's all-round knowledge and his ability and willingness to communicate this. Simple annual boiler gas safety inspection carried out by Justin on our boiler he installed two years previously. No surprises it is working perfectly as it should and we have had no issues with it in that time. Inspection was very quick and efficient. Replaced existing gas boiler with an up to date Worcester Bosch model. The boiler was installed quickly with the minimum fuss and no disruption. Justin is a very efficient and conscientious worker. He is a very tidy worker and clears up when the job is completed. He also spent time explaining how we can adjust the controls in regards to the temperature of the heating and hot water etc.

Right from the day Just Heat came round to quote for the job, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the preparedness to listen to my requirements. Although the quote was not the cheapest, the proposal did address all of my needs. The new system needed to heat not only the main house, but also a swimming pool. It also needed to heat a granny flat for which a separate heat meter was required. The new system included 3 Google Nest controllers. Now the system is up and running, it is evident that Just Heat has the technical design skills to configure complex systems. There were a couple of small niggles as to how the control system displayed the system status, but they were fixed within 48 hours. Hats off to Just Heat.

My central heating packed up completely on Saturday after several glitches over many weeks. Justin installed my boiler in 2017, under the manufacturer's 8 year guarantee, so I knew he was probably the best person to ask for advice. My wife is not well and suffered in a colder than usual house. I rang Justin on the Sunday, more in hope than expectation. He answered straight away, without any hint of me feeling I was being a nuisance. His initial advice was excellent, and he offered to call in the next day to identify the problem for us (without realising that we are technically "vulnerable", being in our 70's). He helpfully kept his promise about phoning first, as I had stayed at home rather than go into work that morning. It took less than 5 minutes for Justin to identify the problem (faulty valve), and shortly afterwards he got everything working again and stayed on to test it out. It has been fine ever since. I already knew he was a reliable, trustworthy, and highly competent engineer, but his willingness to help us out in our time of great need raised his profile even higher in our eyes. I would recommend him without hestitation to anyone who requires an honest and skilled heating engineer who is prepared to go the extra mile for his clients.

My 18 month old Vaillant boiler stopped working on 10th/11th January. I found it to display a fault code F83. I called Justin and he attended very quickly. He found certain errors made at installation by Glow Green and replaced the pump. The boiler still failed to operate, now showing F28. Justin suggested that I call Vaillant under their guarantee. Vaillant attended on 17th January and shut the boiler down, saying that it had been incorrectly installed and was deemed "AT RISK". I called Justin as soon as the Vaillant engineer left and he came round that afternoon to fit a new flue, which resolved the issue. We are so grateful for his rapid attention to our problem because it was freezing cold and Justin responded so quickly.

Had to wait for a new boiler due to supply chain issues. When available, Justin arrived early for the 8am start time. He worked very cleanly & efficiently; new boiler installed, along with two new radiators in less than a day. Would thoroughly recommend Just Heat.

Justin was one of a few heating engineers we asked advice and quotes from for a new boiler. He stood out as being extremely knowledgeable, noticing specific features of our house and taking these into account. We were interested in a Worcester Bosch boiler. His quoted price was reasonable. He carried out the work on the date planned with no hiccups. He was professional and friendly. I hadn't decided on type of thermostat so he sent me web links to the sort of new thermostats I'd described I'd be interested in and said he'd happily install this when we are ready. We contracted for a replacement heating and plumbing system as part of a refurbishment project. Justin is a top class, highly experienced engineer in his field and designed a very flexible system for us. The project was a complex one which had to be done in stages. The work has been done to a high quality standard. Inevitably in a job of this size we had a few teething problems once it all went live but after sales service has been very good and everything resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Project also went to budget. Extra costs were only incurred when we asked for something extra. All in all, we are very pleased.

Needed remedial work to reactivate our boiler guarantee. Let down by installer. Tried Justin who would have come the same day but for a gas emergency. Came following day. Was helpful and explained why things needed doing. Proceeded to do the work quickly and efficiently. Just Heat installed our boiler in 2013 and since then has been servicing our boiler yearly. They have also installed new radiators in the house. Recently they checked our heating system to make sure it is running efficiently. We appreciate their reliability, helpfulness and promptness in servicing.

We decided we needed a new boiler and wanted a Worcester Bosch as we'd heard very good reports about them ,the Worcester site had a list of approved installers so we chose Just Heat as they are local to us in Tonbridge. We found Just Heat on the Which site and use them for our annual gas boiler service and any issues we have with our underfloor heating system. Most recently, we had a motor replaced on the downstairs system. Just Heat are very reliable and provide an excellent service. We have had no issues with any work they have carried out for us.

Brilliant service from Justin and Luke I cannot recommend “Just Heat” enough. Our water pump was leaking and discovered on Saturday night I contacted Justin on Sunday Luke was with us Monday morning and new pump fitted by 10:00 you could not ask for more. Justin helped fix a leak with our unvented water cylinder. He was very quick in replying to my email and was able to see me the same day. I was impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the issue clearly. A previous plumber had quoted additional works for which Justin had doubted was necessary which ended up saving me time and money. Options and potential issues were explained clearly and shortly after the site visit a competitive quotation was received for the installation. Justin knows his job better than most heating engineers/ high-end plumbers. But he’s not afraid to ask the manufacturers or his colleagues technical questions where necessary - I know, because I’ve heard him ring people up for some obscure boiler pressure figure while servicing our machine. I find that impressive. I also like the fact he is also a fire fighter - the heating business is now secondary to his main vocation, which is saving lives. I find that inspiring. In addition to all that, Justin’s firm prices things very reasonably - so what more could you want?

Justin was very professional from day one when seeing the property and quoting the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and very competitively priced. This work was completed on Thursday 8th July. It was carried out very efficiently and to our satisfaction. The plumber, George, was very tidy and cleaned up all the work prior to leaving. From the time Justin first visited the property to make recommendations we felt confident that he had the solution for us after going through a number of proposed options. A Worcester Bosch combi boiler was selected which was capable of supplying two bathrooms and could cope with the high water flow. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen to free up cupboard space there and the new boiler installed in what was previously an airing cupboard. Two gains there, a kitchen cupboard freed up and an airing cupboard gained. On the day of installation, both he and George turned up on time and proceeded to lay sheets down to protect the floors. Working as a team soon becomes apparent through the day as the project started to gather momentum and progress was significant. Hence to say there was very little lost time as they obviously knew their business. Being a retired engineer quality was important as this reflects the care that a tradesman applies to a job. No worries there as all pipework was very neatly and precisely done. Although we didn’t have hot water for one night the whole installation only took just over a day and a half to complete and we were soon fully up and running again. On completion, all rubbish was removed and the areas affected were left clean and tidy. From this experience, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Just Heat and we will be using them to replace current radiators that need updating. Justin and George did a great job fitting a new heating system and sorting out some of the peculiarities of the existing system. It is a very neat job they explained how every thing works very well. We have a ridiculously complex boiler system and have had various issues with it over the years. The people who installed it stand by and looked puzzled, but then we found Justin and he has been brilliant. He has a determination to solve the puzzle and work out the problem, and seems to be the only person who really understands how it works. The work was a routine annual service, with checks of boiler and controls. As the work was of a minor character, the firm did not have the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of their expertise! Although routine, the work was actually carried out the next day after I requested it, and the engineer, George, was efficient, friendly in manner and appropriately informative on what he was doing. I welcomed him asking me, as a helpful reminder, if there was anything else I needed to be done.

We had an issue with our boiler that we attempted to sort with the manufacturer on warranty. They came and fixed one issue, but also found an electrical issue so couldn’t test and recommended getting our usual plumber to do a quick service and test. Had to get an electrician over to sort that, once done I called Justin to see if he could help. At this point we hadn’t had heating/hot water for over a week. Justin’s team came within the hour and performed the service and test very efficiently, and got us back up and running again. I believe this is now the third time in the last five years that Justin’s helped us with various issues at short notice, and always does an excellent job.

Justin installed our pressurised hot water tank and boiler 5 years ago and we get him back to service it each year. This time he also sorted a couple of elderly faulty radiator valves for us and installed a Hive controller to replace the existing thermostat. His work is incredibly neat and tidy. Justin reviewed our situation, which quickly turned into the need for a new boiler. In timely fashion, Justin’s colleague Dan was on hand to carry out the work. Too often, Customer Service is a forgotten art but Dan was truly exceptional and should be applauded for his manner as much as his work ethic. Replacing a boiler isn’t on many wish lists but Dan made it painless, ensuring we were kept up to speed with progress and tidying as he went. My wife and I would strongly recommend Justin, Dan and team.

I needed a new boiler ASAP. Justin and Dan make a very efficient and friendly team. The boiler and a replacement radiator were fitted very quickly and with minimum mess. The new parts have been made to fit in with hardly any need for redecoration.

Justin, Dan and team completely replumbed our 1920s house, including changing all radiators, pipework, and replacing the old gravity fed system for an unvented cylinder and fitting a new boiler with Nest controllers and a water softener. Despite the fact that I changed the specification several times, including moving the equipment from downstairs into the attic, which made the job a lot harder, Justin worked around this and finished the job on time. He also dealt with the water board in arranging our mains pipe to be replaced. We’re very happy with the work done, which has been done to a very high standard. We had a combi boiler fitted to replace our existing gravity fed system as we are contemplating a loft extension at some time in the future. Our boiler blew up just as the COVID crisis was beginning to bite. It was before lock down and we were able to get 5 quotes but Justin's stood out. He was the most thorough, gave us the most confidence that he understood all of the issues and could think them through. His price was competitive and the Bosch Guarantee the longest. As he had foreseen, the replacement of the boiler was only half of the problem but the replacement was completed within a week of accepting the quote. He was unable to complete the commissioning as the gas supply was inadequate. We then had to find contractors to install a new supply pipe under lockdown. Justin helped us with a couple of suggestions in addition to others we found through Which? and other sites. He also provided technical advice to ensure that we specified the work required accurately and got clear costings. It was one of his leads (a contractor using moling technology) that provided the best and most economic solution. Justin liaised with the moling contractor and UK Power networks and fitted the new pipe into our gas meter and boiler, all commissioned whilst observing social distancing requirements carefully. Our new system has now been working for a month and is a clear improvement on our previous boiler and looks like it may be more economical. Justin did not invoice us until all the work was completed and his bill was only slightly more despite the extra work involved. We are delighted with Justin's work and service.

Justin came round the same day I contacted him, and resolved a problem I had with a pump continuously working. I had tried to get someone to fix it, who did not really know the solution, then someone else who kept putting me off. I would certainly recommend Justin, not only did he resolve my problem, explaining what he was doing, but he also reorganised the wiring in the airing cupboard and left it a lot neater.

TLDR – I recommend them. We got two quotes for the work, Just Heat (Justin) was the higher of the two, but he provided a much more detailed breakdown of the costs and options we could take to reduce this if we wanted to. Both in person in a very thorough chat through the options (not like a stereotypical dodgy double glazing might do, but genuine and helpful) and in the follow up quote for the work. It was this explanation and breakdown that made me feel confident Justin clearly knew what he was talking about and seemed to care. The job was to remove a very old boiler from the kitchen and install a new fancy one in the upstairs airing cupboard. On day one we had some issues, and had Justin not come so highly recommended on Which I might have asked him not to come back. They were genuine mistakes, and in the follow up phone calls I had with Justin I could tell he was thoroughly annoyed with himself (I've been in similar situations!) so I gave him the benefit of the the doubt and we got the situation sorted out and the work continued well. The way Justin handled the situation and finished the work outweighed my initial disappointment. We've had multiple compliments on the extremely neat pipework and the boiler itself. Just Heat quote fairly, explain what you're getting, explain the upheaval it might cause, resolve any problems well and seem to take care and pride in their work. I will be using them again and recommend you think about at least getting a quote.

Having read the reviews I called on Just Heat Services to provide a quote for the installation of gas central heating. Happy with the quote and the advice provided. Justin and Dan completed the work last week, installation of new boiler, pipework, radiators etc. They're a friendly and trustworthy team, I was comfortable leaving them with a key whilst I was out at work. No issues and they're very tidy, came home last Friday to a warm and tidy home. Very happy customer. Will definitely call on them again as the need arises, I highly recommend.

Having used Justin a few times over the years we used him again recently and was reminded how good Just Heat are. We had several jobs that had been building up and arranged for them all to be done - installing some new radiators including pipework adaptions, replacing all existing TRVs including flushing and resetting up of heating, (they got a radiator in the hall working that hadn't worked for years!) and resolving a problem with our tenanted property shower. They (Justin and Dan) turned up when arranged, discussed the work and any issues and worked hard to complete all the works in a timely manner. We needed a boiler service certificate for our house sale; Justin responded quickly to my call with a competitive quote - which he kept to - and arrived early the very next day to perform the service. He was calm and friendly and set to work straight away. Justin and Dan came over and reviewed the faulty boiler and carried out full analysis of whether we should attempt to repair or replace the existing boiler. On Tuesday 30th July I called the gas emergency because I could smell gas and within an hour someone came to check a verify that there was a leak. I telephoned Justin and he came the following morning at 9.00 am to check everything and told me that a repair could be done the folllowing morning and sure enought Dan arrived and removed the old pipe work, fitted the new with a minimum of mess and my boiler was on again. Very nice friendly men and excellent service.

We had some minor issues with the hot water system which we wanted to get checked out. Justin came round and dealt with them all in a very short time, and serviced the boiler too. We called Justin on Friday afternoon following a recommendation from a retired plumber friend of ours and he arranged for Karl to be on site at 8.00 Monday morning to replace our boiler. Karl worked efficiently and tidily and our heating system is now functioning well.

I can highly recommend Justin and his team. Our boiler broke down. Justin kept it going through the Christmas holidays and the early part of the new year. It finally gave up in the March when we had to have a new boiler. From what was a painful experience the last time we had it done (and exceptionally expensive) Just Heat gave us a completely different and pleasant experience to the previous fitters. I got Justin and his team to replace three old radiators, which needed pipework changing and service my boiler. Great work and when doing the boiler check a minor gas leak was discovered which didn't need doing then but they were flexible at the end of a long day to change all the pipework needed to my gas meter having looked at the options. He has replaced the fan in my boiler in the past when the boiler stopped working at short notice. would recommend him and his team to do a good job at very reasonable cost.

Phoned Just Heat 0930 hrs on 2nd January and Justin was with us 3 hours later. After a full survey of our system he identified the problem with the Magic Box management system. He advised a plan which he followed with a costed quote that evening which I accepted and he was on site at 0800hrs next morning . The Magic Box was removed completely, pipework in outer loft and airing cupboard modified and pump relocated. System restarted and tested and all completed without mess before lunch and to budget. Justin is a thinking man's plumber, very clean and tidy in his work which is done in an organized way. He talks through the technical aspects of the problem and comes up with cost effective proposals. Highly recommended.

Having encountered major problems with our central heating system we were put in touch with Justin who did a wonderful job in sorting it out. This involved the introduction of a cleaning chemical as a pre-dose for a possible power flush, getting the system operational whilst we took stock to see what else was needed, the replacement of a faulty, yet new, pump, and the eventual power flush. The result: a central heating system that now works, greater understanding of the issues involved, and a plan for a program of regular services in the future. Throughout a difficult couple of months (with the weather gradually getting colder), Justin offered considerable reassurance and advice, as well as timely and prompt visits when needed. We got in touch with Justin following a recommendation when we needed a new boiler installed in our loft. He soon provided us with a quote and schedule for the installation. Justin was very creative re installation of both the gas pipework to the boiler and also the water pipes in the loft to the hot water tank and radiators. Our heating went off over the Easter Holiday and the entire house was freezing. I texted Justin on good Friday and he immediately responded with suggestions. The radiators were not a simple job as there were a few challenges which were the manufacturer fault but Justin came up with the ideas and rectified the problem there and then.
