We have used Lewington's in the past and they have always provided me with a very good and professional service. In this instance I needed to de-commission an old solar hot water system from the roof to allow a new solar PV system to be installed. Lewington's provided me with a reasonable quote and completed the work in a professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Lewington's services to anyone else who may need their expertise.

This was a call for a first service on the boiler which Lewingtons installed a year ago. Ben arrived on time, was friendly, helpful, courteous, informative and efficient. The appointment was confirmed with only a few days notice which suited me very well. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. They are totally reliable. All the engineers show exemplary customer service and professionalism - a real pleasure to do business with. The prices are fair and very good value for money.

Really pleased with the installation over 5 days last week by Dan and Joel, engineers from Lewingtons, of a new oil boiler, new hot water cylinder, and renewal of various bits of pipe work. Excellent service throughout, starting with the initial survey and quotation from Graham. Not a straightforward installation, and we added some extra requests at the eleventh hour, which they also carried out for us. Dan and Joel always left the house as clean and tidy as possible each evening, and both were extremely courteous, always happy to explain what they were doing, how they were progressing etc. Thankyou .

Had an engineer round to service the boiler. I was a bit worried what state it would be in as it hadn't been serviced since 2020, but the engineer did a thorough service, cleaned it out and informed me that it was still in a good state of repair. He was friendly throughout and willing to explain things. The service sheet came through soon after on email. The whole visit was very efficient. I've recommend my daughter call and get her boiler serviced with this company and I'll be using them again.

Whole process from quotation (in person) to installation was very smooth and relaxed (ie we weren’t rushed, or pushed into anything). Work was done quickly and tidily. The engineers were very friendly and accommodated us having dogs in the house which were a bit noisy at times! Everyone answered our questions and were realistic about our needs (another company had been quite pushy and was steering us to extras that we didn’t need) The cost was a lot cheaper than a National company we had quote We also like the fact the company is local and therefore we had a better idea who was installing and who we could go back to if needed.
