Karl did a boiler service,there was an issue and Karl sorted it. A part was needed and we was quoted a very expensive price for the part and Karl said it was far too expensive and sourced us a cheaper price ,I was very grateful .

Can’t recommend Karl highly enough. From initial visit, noticeably more thorough than other plumbers and spent nearly an hour working out the best option for what wasn’t the most straightforward installation. In addition, he identified a few potential long term issues and came up with good and practical solutions. Great communication with quote and leading up to install day. On the install he was very tidy, bringing plenty of mats and kept us fully informed. Even fixed lots of small other issues around the house that he spotted with no charge and no fuss. Overall, a little bit more expensive than some other quotes but confident money well spent. No hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Chose Karl Murray to install a replacement Worcester Combi boiler as a highly recommended Worcester Bosch approved engineer. The excellent reviews were accurate and indicated a true professional engineer for who every detail had to be covered. From the initial visit and estimate it was clear that Karl not only knew his profession, he also carried it out to the highest standards. During and after the installation Karl explained what he was doing and why and left with a full explanation of how to work the new boiler with all the paperwork completed. He may or may not be the lowest price installer but that counts for little with such a valuable and essential appliance when it needs to be installed and commissioned properly. I cannot recommend Karl of Master Plumb highly enough.

Karl and Dom moved two radiators for us, which proved to be quite a challenge due to the less than ideal pipework which they found when lifting the floorboards. However a solution was found and the work was first class. You wouldn't have known they had been there when they left other than the new radiators on the wall, such was the tidiness of their work. Very reliable and competent and clearly valued doing a good job over just doing a quick job. Highly recommended.

Karl fitted a new boiler for us - brilliant job, thorough and detailed information beforehand and very reliable on the days. Tidied up after the work, kitchen was cleaner than before he arrived!! Friendly, knowledgeable and very competent - we are really pleased with his work. Would definitely use him again and we highly recommend his service.

Karl fitted my new Worcester Bosch boiler. He is very knowledgeable, informative and inspires confidence in his abilities. He carefully explains what he is going to do and consults throughout the process. As well as an excellent plumber, he is A***teacher. I have learned a lot. Karl came to do a diagnostic on the existing boiler in our new house which was not working and turned out to be a write-off. He was then able to fit us in for installation of a new boiler the very next day due to having a cancellation, so within 48 hours of the old boiler being condemned we had the heating fully up and running which enable us to move in much sooner than expected. Karl’s communication was impeccable and he explained in detail all aspects of the work undertaken.

I can't rate Karl highly enough, from quote to completion it's been a great experience. He took a great deal of time to take me through the quotation and answered all questions I had regarding the new boiler and installation. Usually it's a bit daunting spending such a substantial amount, but I felt totally confident in the product that had been recommended. Given how much care had been given prior to installation I was confident that it would be of similar high quality. I wasn't wrong, everything is spot on. The work looks great, and I think the areas where the guys were working are now tidier than they were on starting. I look forward to engaging Karl and his team again when we start the next phases of renovation.

Karl was obviously very knowledgeable and skilled at reconnecting our kitchen gas appliances. He was very good at explaining the care required afterwards. He was also helpful explaining aspects of our boiler that we had not, but needed to know. We highly recommend him as a first class plumber and communicator.
