Having used them last year and had excellent service, booked in for a service and MOT last month. They called me after car passed MOT and said a full service wasn’t needed because only low mileage since last service and the oil was still clean. Some garages I’ve used in the past may have done service regardless and charged me for it, others might have not done service but charged for it anyway. Karwowski Motors people are great to deal with too. They contacted me to remind me MOT was due and called me a taxi at drop off.

Karwowski Motors was recommended to me the moment I said I was looking for work to be carried out on my car. Brake discs and pads were replaced with full explanations of why, costings and time for the work to be done. The schedule and budget was agreed and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process ( as I requested further works, tyre replacements and the like). Customer care was outstanding from the first moment I entered the reception. Karwowski Motors MOT'd my car yesterday but unfortunately it failed. I was concerned that I may be without a car for a while but I needn't have worried!! Emma pulled out all the stops, ordering the part and arranging the fitting. She even liaised with my warranty company to ensure the work would be covered by them. I have a very old but much-loved car which unfortunately I damaged when parking. The glass in the back was completely shattered. Although I was insured, Auto Glass informed me that the work could not be done as the glass needed had been discontinued in 2020 and that I should try to find the parts needed online. This turned out to be quite a difficult task and I was quite disheartened. I decided that it would be best to try to find somewhere local that might be able to help so visited Karwowski Motors. Right from the start I was comfortable and felt that at last someone was going to help. Emma was very reassuring and talked us through some options. The whole tailgate on my car was replaced at a very reasonable price and in a very good time. The work on the car was great and I'm thrilled to have the car back in one piece.
