I had massive anxiety trying to pick a builder, watching my parents get taken to the cleaners by a cowboy as a child left it’s impression. Keestone, however completely transformed my view and restored my faith in builders Thank you Paul and Russel for being open and honest, delivering absolutely superb customer service, and ensuring really high quality standards with integrity. Our renovation of the house has been as smooth as these things can be and we are so happy - they are coming back to covert the garage! So expect another review.

I cannot recommend Keestone enough. Paul was brilliant advising us on the complete renovation of our kitchen, even meeting us in Slough to look at the designs at the company that builds the units. He gave us time and advise on all the planning and worked with all our wishes. The team arrived and were amazing. Our team was lead by Russell, who we cannot praise enough, he was always, cool and calm with any issues, nothing was to much for him to make everything look gorgeous. Jason was also another main part of the team who was always assisting everyone. They were all extremely respectful of our home, always leaving it clean and tidy daily. End result is a beautiful kitchen. Would not hesitate to use Keestone again.

We recently employed Paul & Keestone to rip out & replace our en-suite bathroom. We received an initial quote based on a quick measure up & a brief description from us. We then made our initial selection of the products & sketched up what we were looking for in more detail, plus we made a few changes by introducing tiled recesses. Paul then sat with us, went through our updated design, plus gave us advice on the products. We then agreed with him what we were going to do, he updated his quote slightly to reflect our revised design, & then everything was good to go. This allowed us to buy all the right products & to have a clear understanding of what to expect. Paul notified us in advance of the start date plus the timeframe for the works, & in the meantime we ordered everything. The team turned up exactly on the date advised & progressed the works as planned. They put protection tape down on the carpets, always kept the place clean, & tidied up every day. They discussed with us any issues that came up & we agreed in each case what to do. They took the time to make sure everything was as we wanted it. The finished bathroom is fantastic, their attention to detail & quality is excellent, the price quoted remained the same, & we are massively pleased with our fabulous new en-suite. When it comes to our next project we will be using Paul & the team from Keestone again for sure, so it is easy for us to recommend them as they are everything you want from a good builder.

The work was completed within the agreed time and budget and I found Paul and his team to be polite and helpful throughout, with Paul prepared to discuss and explain things at every stage. First impressions were very encouraging and the work was carried out to a high standard.

Paul and his team responded quickly and professionally when we asked them to convert a downstairs bathroom to a shower room for my 95 year old father in law who had recently suffered a stroke. Paul genuinely appreciated the urgency of the work and was able to think outside the box to provide a very practical and user friendly solution to a challenging set of customer requirements. He and his team were always very respectful and considerate in completing the project which was done to a very high standard. A minor issue was resolved vey quickly on the day it occurred. The bathroom is the best room in the house! Well apart from the other two rooms Paul has done for us. He has completely transformed our kitchen and now cloakroom and bathroom. Absolutely love it. They have done a brilliant job including work not quoted for at no extra cost. They quoted immediately after they came to look at the job. They helped me choose all the items I needed and ordered and took delivery of them. They always turned up on time when we needed to meet and kept me up to date with the project as it went along. The standard of all the work is extremely high and I am very pleased. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

We wanted a complete bathroom rework so the ceiling came down, the floor came up and the walls came down. The plumbing and electrics were changed and all white goods were re-positioned. Paul and his team worked miracles for us and I can't tell you how pleased we are. Everyone was on time, things were cleaned and cleared as they went, it was finished when Paul said it would be and the price stayed the same even if a few changes had to be made. They adapted things to suit the plans that my husband had drawn out and everything fitted together beautifully. It was a pleasure to have all the team in our house. Nothing was too much trouble and we were informed all through the job what was happening when. We have already recommended Keestone to a friends daughter. Paul and his team at Keestone were brilliant! Approachable, courteous and extremely professional. Paul discussed technical aspects in a way that was easy to understand. The build was on schedule and budget even including a couple of last minute changes. Paul project managed the whole building process from start to finish in such a professional manner. I was particularly impressed with how he liaised with all the different trades needed to complete the extension and his attention to detail is second to none. Paul and his team were extremely likable and courteous,they completed, my bathroom and did an excellent job,the work was carried out to the time estimated and finish,their time keeping was very good never a minute late. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have had a wonderful experience with Keestone who created a new kitchen from a double garage, completely altered the downstairs of our house and have now renovated our bedrooms. Unfailingly polite, great staff who care, highly skilled contractors when required produced a wonderful job. Paul offers great advice on what works and what does not. Paul and his team removed shower and shower wall and replaced with tiles. The work was carried out to the time estimated and the finished job was excellent. Would highly recommend Keestone and definitely use their services again.
