Kindwater responded promptly when I asked for a survey and estimate, then they undertook the work at a mutually agreeable day and time. The installation was completed in the morning. The engineer was well equipped and very knowledgeable about his product. He left the kitchen spotless. Not cheap, but very good.

The engineer advised me about the various types and modes of water softeners, and I made my choice. He had the softener in his van and he fitted the new one after removing my existing softener. He also altered the pipework as necessary.
