A very easy experience from start to finish. Lots of information on the website about the product and how to contact Kindwater. Very pleasant sales contact who organised a quick appointment. The fitter was on time and explained everything clearly, then fitted the water softener with minimum delay and fuss, and showed us how to load the salt blocks. He explained about the minimum possible maintenance and also cleaned up after himself and took the old product away.

From my first phone call to their office I was instantly impressed. The ladies on the phone were lovely helpful and knowledgeable and I took to them instantly. Barry who spent about a day and a half with me installing my single cylinder water softener was easy to be around and did an amazing job sorting out the problem of previous DIY plumbing so I could have soft water. From a woman's view point he was a pleasure to have in my house, he was tidy friendly and gentle. I am also very pleased with my water softener.

The engineer arrived on time and proceeded to install the softener with the minimum of disruption and when he had finished instructed us how to install the salt blocks correctly and on what to expect from the appliance! We now have lovely soft water and shiny work surfaces.
