When Stuart our engineer came out to us, he was on time, very polite and helpful, he found the fault straight away and sorted it out, informed us that they water softener had not been working properly for several months which we hadn't realised, but Stuart informed the office and they have cancelled the rental for the months it wasn't working. My husband did a water test and we called them out immediately. With great thanks, Mr & Mrs Turner. The water softener is working brilliantly now.

Recently had Kinetico 2020c softener installed by them. It functions were clearly explained beforehand, installation was efficient and found nothing is too much trouble for this company and it's staff. I was very pleased with the service. Following the initial email enquiry I was contacted promptly to book an appointment. The gentleman that turned up with very polite and explained things in a very simple way (without baffling me with science). He even brought a softener with him and from this it was obvious that it wasn't going to fit in the area I had wanted. This wasn't a problem though as they sell an insulated cupboard that can house the softener outside. I was left feeling very confident and had no worries in booking them for the job. When installation arrived their fitter was on time, was tidy and cleared away after himself. I was really pleased with the job which wasn't quite so straight forward as he found a leak on one of the pipes that required cutting into the back of the cupboard. This again was done very tidily. I am a very fussy person, but have to say that I am exceptionally pleased with the entire service I have received so far from Kindwater. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
