Our old softener was old and using a lot of salt. Jamie came to give it a free check and he adjusted it to see if that would help. He gave good, clear advice on the best new softeners. I decided to go for a new Premier Compact which had a discount of £300. Jamie returned on time on the date designated and fitted the new softener quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. He patiently answered my questions. I have used Kind Water for many years and can't rate their service highly enough.

We are really happy with our water softener. KindWater were exceptionally helpful & friendly from the first phone call. Phil managed to install the water softener in an area with very limited access. He took time to explain what he would need to do & his subsequent quote. He was on time, professional & left everything clean & tidy. We were particularly impressed with the neatness of the area he had needed to cut into due to limited access. We had anticipated we would need to repair it but there was no need due to his excellent work. At the last minute we also wanted one tap where the water wouldn’t be softened. I discovered a leak on Sunday - left 2 phone messages plus an e-mail. I was contacted by Kirsten early on Monday morning, saying she would juggle some appointments and get someone out to me in the afternoon. I congratulated Kirsten on her excellent service, also sent me an email to confirm the time of the visit. Jamie arrived and immediately dealt with the situation - he was very polite, informative, and left me a label on the switch to turn off in case of a future event. He is a convivial individual and had great conversation - all made the situation a little bit better - well done Jamie.

I called in at the Kindwater office and within a week I have a new water softener AND a top of the line Reverse Osmosis water filter installed - expertly by Barry, who really knows his stuff. Professional, seamless and quick!

Jamie came to look at my water softener that had not been used for about 2 and half years. It was not repairable. He suggested I contact the company i got it from. I was reluctant to as after service with the company was zero. So he then mentioned if I had heard of water softener that works without electricity I said no tell me more, which he did. I was so impressed I booked Jamie in to install one 2 days later, he took the old one away. Explained how the new one works in detail. Jamie swapped my old salt granules for salt blocks, cleaned up well after his work. And the noise when the softener goes through a cycle is so low that I only heard it slightly when I opened the cupboard. Previous softener was noisy and went on middle of the night sometimes which was annoying. Best softener I would recommend it and we all notice how soft the water feels on our skin when washing up or having a shower.

Jamie came and inspected our old water softener and test it. He explained the issues and options available objectively and honestly. We chose the latest model which was discounted and it was fitted very soon after. Service from Jamie was efficient and superb. He even tested our outside taps to ensure they were not releasing softened water and fixed a leaky stop cock without hesitation and all within the agreed price. Could not ask for more!

Jamie came today and fitted our new water softener. A very nice person, punctual, and worked very tidily and quickly. He was very polite and explained everything to us as to how it works and the after-sales service they provide. I would highly recommend the company and, of course, Jamie, who wasn't at all a high-pressure salesperson but explained the advantages of renewing our water softener. Our existing one was not working efficiently, and to mend it wouldn't be cost-effective.

Phil did a great job, both explaining about water softeners in our initial meeting, and doing the installation. He went to extra trouble to locate the softener in the best possible place for us. Before he left, he explained the maintenance routines and answered all our questions. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Jamie came exactly on time and completed a difficult job replacing a very old mixer tap with a 3-way one. He didn't stop until he had finished the job. He did it all with good humour and thoroughness. He left everything clean and tidy, and explained the system clearly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie to anyone. Many thanks, Jamie. Jamie installed a new water softener for us today, and we cannot fault the service. We felt well informed when quoted, but they didn’t pressure us to buy and gave us time to review the options. We went for the middle of the range softener, and it’s great. Jamie installed it today, explained how it worked, and left the area clean afterwards. Highly recommend!

I recently had a new softener installed to replace one from the same company bought in 2008. I had excellent service from the lady in the office and from Jamie, who installed the softener efficiently and cleaner. No mess, no fuss. We chose KindWater as a local company who were also a Which Trusted Trader. After an initial phone call, Phil visited and gave advice and discussed our options and left a written estimate of cost. There was never any pressure to buy from the company. After we decided to proceed, Phil returned 3 weeks later to fit the softener, together with a filtered hard water tap. He arrived at the agreed time and fitted the equipment over the course of a morning. He worked very tidily, fitting the unit in the pantry between an existing shelf and storage box. Following installation, he gave us advice about use and maintenance. He left a completed order form, with the cost as per the estimate and we paid by BACS.

From the first phone call to the engineer arriving, just brilliant service from start to finish. Fixed the problem super quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Reasonable price too. Five stars.

Jamie was very friendly and completed to installation of my kinetico premier compact, water filter and tap very quickly. He was considerate in making sure I understand every process and more than happy to answer any questions I had. Very tidy worker too. Kinetico also provide great customer service. Kirsten, who I'd been corresponding with over email responded promptly to every message and also answered all my questions in a timely manner. Water softener and filtered drinking water are all working perfectly and I'm extremely happy with the service I received.

Jamie arrived at the time he stated and worked nonstop untill all the connections were completed. Jamie made it seem straight forward but the machine did not fit the cupboard and he had to change some exsisting plumbing. It was quite complex but when he left you would not know he had been as he left every thing perfect. The bill was as originaly agreed even though the job was not simple. A very good company which is well represented by Jamie.

Jamie came today to disconnect our old unit and fit a new water softener. Jamie was very polite, considerate and very clean worker. He explained everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend this company

Our original water softener was not performing, Phil of Kind Water Ltd came and assessed the old one and confirmed our thinking that if had failed. He kindly took us through replacement options, taking the time to ensure the choice we made was able to fit where the old one went and would fulfil our household needs. After we placed our order, within a week, he then returned to install the new unit; as part of the installation, he corrected some issues that were there from the previous installation (done by another company). Phil completed a very neat and tidy installation and gave clear instructions on how to add the salt, etc., very happy with the result, happy to recommend Kind Water Ltd and their team.

Called KindWater for routine inspection and service o CalSoft water softener. Everyone from office staff to engineer were friendly, professional, and helpful. Engineer Jamie set right an improperly configured water softener and gave good tips and advice.
