Phil did a great job, both explaining about water softeners in our initial meeting, and doing the installation. He went to extra trouble to locate the softener in the best possible place for us. Before he left, he explained the maintenance routines and answered all our questions. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Jamie came exactly on time and completed a difficult job replacing a very old mixer tap with a 3-way one. He didn't stop until he had finished the job. He did it all with good humour and thoroughness. He left everything clean and tidy, and explained the system clearly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie to anyone. Many thanks, Jamie. Jamie installed a new water softener for us today, and we cannot fault the service. We felt well informed when quoted, but they didn’t pressure us to buy and gave us time to review the options. I had excellent service from the lady in the office and from Jamie, who installed the softener efficiently and cleaner. No mess, no fuss. We chose KindWater not only as a local installer but also on the basis of their initial call-out inspection and quote. Despite being six months previously, they honoured that quote and Jamie was excellent throughout - personable, tidy and efficient. Very pleased with the installation and result.

We chose KindWater as a local company who were also a Which Trusted Trader. After an initial phone call, Phil visited and gave advice and discussed our options and left a written estimate of cost. There was never any pressure to buy from the company. After we decided to proceed, Phil returned 3 weeks later to fit the softener, together with a filtered hard water tap. He arrived at the agreed time and fitted the equipment over the course of a morning. He worked very tidily, fitting the unit in the pantry between an existing shelf and storage box. Following installation, he gave us advice about use and maintenance. He left a completed order form, with the cost as per the estimate and we paid by BACS.

Jamie was very friendly and completed to installation of my kinetico premier compact, water filter and tap very quickly. He was considerate in making sure I understand every process and more than happy to answer any questions I had. Very tidy worker too. Kinetico also provide great customer service. Kirsten, who I'd been corresponding with over email responded promptly to every message and also answered all my questions in a timely manner. Water softener and filtered drinking water are all working perfectly and I'm extremely happy with the service I received.

Jamie arrived at the time he stated and worked nonstop untill all the connections were completed. Jamie made it seem straight forward but the machine did not fit the cupboard and he had to change some exsisting plumbing. It was quite complex but when he left you would not know he had been as he left every thing perfect. The bill was as originaly agreed even though the job was not simple. A very good company which is well represented by Jamie.

Jamie came today to disconnect our old unit and fit a new water softener. Jamie was very polite, considerate and very clean worker. He explained everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend this company

Our original water softener was not performing, Phil of Kind Water Ltd came and assessed the old one and confirmed our thinking that if had failed. He kindly took us through replacement options, taking the time to ensure the choice we made was able to fit where the old one went and would fulfil our household needs. After we placed our order, within a week, he then returned to install the new unit; as part of the installation, he corrected some issues that were there from the previous installation (done by another company). Phil completed a very neat and tidy installation and gave clear instructions on how to add the salt, etc., very happy with the result, happy to recommend Kind Water Ltd and their team.

Called KindWater for routine inspection and service o CalSoft water softener. Everyone from office staff to engineer were friendly, professional, and helpful. Engineer Jamie set right an improperly configured water softener and gave good tips and advice.

Phil explained the system very clearly, worked extremely tidily, put the bathroom (where the softener was to be installed) back to its prior state such that you wouldn't know that any plumbing work had been done, despite the awkwardness of the site and, for good measure, replaced some old, dodgy pipework.

Really happy I found Kind Water via the Which Trusted Traders. Must better than another company that tried to upsell to me! Jamie was great. Patient and able to answer my questions, he went above and beyond to get our water softener fitted and working. Very good pricing, and also ability to rent a system. Really happy and would recommend.

Andrew serviced our non-electric water softener, which hadn't been serviced since being installed by the previous owners 8 years ago (we moved in two months ago). He also fitted a hard water drinking tap at our kitchen sink. We are extremely happy with Andrew's work. He completed the work quickly and, as this was our first home with a softener, explained how everything works and answered our questions satisfactorily. We found him knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also, he was on time for both appointments. The first appointment, which was free of charge, was to assess the job to install the tap and to check the softener over. I wondered whether it would be a case of simply recommending a new softener, but on the second visit he serviced the existing one, fitting replacement parts. We found the overall price to be reasonable and good value. It was our first time using this company and we would definitely recommend them.

Andrew from Kindwater fitted our water softener. He did a very professional job and was very neat and friendly. Gave some great advice. The whole sales process was not pushy which was appreciated.

We bought a house in 2020 with a Kinetico water softener installed. The softener stopped working last week. It had a Kindwater label stuck on it. After a little checking on the interweb I decided to call them. They offered an engineer's visit two days later with a clear explanation of the charges. Two days later Phil arrived, a little early. So rare! He recognised the unit having commissioned it in 2016. This was good news as the parts warranty lasts 10 years. He removed it, took it apart for a complete inspection and diagnosed the problem. Some worn, mangled gears. He explained everything as he did it. And then cleaned up thoroughly. Marvellous. I have a note in my calendar to book the next service in five years!

We had trouble with our water softener and called KindWater to see if they could fix it. They sent their engineer Phil aroundthe next day. The diagnosis was that the resin needed changing, but we opted to replace the water softener with a new one with a five year guarantee as ours was getting on a bit anyway. An appointment was arranged for the new one to be fitted the following week. Phil came back and did an excellent job of fitting the new one and disposing of our old one AND he resituated our drinking water filter to a better position while he was at it, bonus! We cannot recommend this company, especially Phil, too much. We will be recommending KindWater to anyone we know that are considering getting a water softener fitted. Thank you KindWater.
