Jamie was excellent arrived early but waited for us to arrive. He was great at explaining everything and was clean and tidy.

We have recently installed a water softener. The overall experience with Kind Water has been first class. From the survey to installation and after care service has been excellent. Jamie certainly went the extra mile with us and his care and attention was exceptional. We would highly recommend Kind Water, their product and service.

Phil explained the system very clearly, worked extremely tidily, put the bathroom (where the softener was to be installed) back to its prior state such that you wouldn't know that any plumbing work had been done, despite the awkwardness of the site and, for good measure, replaced some old, dodgy pipework.

Really happy I found Kind Water via the Which Trusted Traders. Must better than another company that tried to upsell to me! Jamie was great. Patient and able to answer my questions, he went above and beyond to get our water softener fitted and working. Very good pricing, and also ability to rent a system. Really happy and would recommend.

Andrew serviced our non-electric water softener, which hadn't been serviced since being installed by the previous owners 8 years ago (we moved in two months ago). He also fitted a hard water drinking tap at our kitchen sink. We are extremely happy with Andrew's work. He completed the work quickly and, as this was our first home with a softener, explained how everything works and answered our questions satisfactorily. We found him knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also, he was on time for both appointments. The first appointment, which was free of charge, was to assess the job to install the tap and to check the softener over. I wondered whether it would be a case of simply recommending a new softener, but on the second visit he serviced the existing one, fitting replacement parts. We found the overall price to be reasonable and good value. It was our first time using this company and we would definitely recommend them.

Andrew from Kindwater fitted our water softener. He did a very professional job and was very neat and friendly. Gave some great advice. The whole sales process was not pushy which was appreciated.

We bought a house in 2020 with a Kinetico water softener installed. The softener stopped working last week. It had a Kindwater label stuck on it. After a little checking on the interweb I decided to call them. They offered an engineer's visit two days later with a clear explanation of the charges. Two days later Phil arrived, a little early. So rare! He recognised the unit having commissioned it in 2016. This was good news as the parts warranty lasts 10 years. He removed it, took it apart for a complete inspection and diagnosed the problem. Some worn, mangled gears. He explained everything as he did it. And then cleaned up thoroughly. Marvellous. I have a note in my calendar to book the next service in five years!

We had trouble with our water softener and called KindWater to see if they could fix it. They sent their engineer Phil aroundthe next day. The diagnosis was that the resin needed changing, but we opted to replace the water softener with a new one with a five year guarantee as ours was getting on a bit anyway. An appointment was arranged for the new one to be fitted the following week. Phil came back and did an excellent job of fitting the new one and disposing of our old one AND he resituated our drinking water filter to a better position while he was at it, bonus! We cannot recommend this company, especially Phil, too much. We will be recommending KindWater to anyone we know that are considering getting a water softener fitted. Thank you KindWater.

Jamie assessed the condition of the old softener which was not operating correctly, quickly identified it was end of life and need a new Kinetico install. Jamie, explained the options, provided a quote on the spot and agreed to do the install at the same visit. Very efficient and pleased with the works.

I must say I always wanted a water softener. I called them and was offered an appointment with an engineer at a convenient time for me by a very nice lady(human being, not robot) . The engineer came and answered all my questions, quickly assessed the job required and gave me a quote. Called the office to arrange the day for the installation. Installation went very smooth, no surprises, everything went as planned. Jamie,is an excellent professional engineer with great communication skills. It's been 3 weeks since the installation and I must say that I am so happy with the change. The water quality is remarkable, my skin doesn't feel dry anymore,my daughters eczema has improved visibly . I guess the best part is I don't have to use handcream everytime after I wash my hands..which is about 20 times at least/day. From what I noticed so far I would be using a bag of salt blocks/month ,but that is subjective to every household. Overall,I am very happy I chose this company for the water softener: office services outstanding everytime I called and Jamie,the engineer I got assigned, was very knowledgeable(offered a very elegant replumbing solution to the maze of pipes I had under the sink),tidy and efficient,very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I knew that Kindwater.co.uk. wasn't the cheapest supplier around but excellent Feedback from neighbours led me to obtain a quote from them. Right from the first visit by their technical salesman, I had a good feeling about the company. He wasn't at all pushy, explained the products well and was able to answer all of my technical questions to my complete satisfaction - and I'm a very experienced aerospace engineer so I was asking some very detailed questions! Come installation day, the installer, Jamie, turned up on time; seemed to be doing a very thorough job; and provided an excellent briefing on the product before he departed. I've now had the water softener for 3 months and couldn't be happier with it. It works as advertised with very low salt consumption and excellent water quality.

I was considering a replacement water softener and uncertain who to approach when, by happy coincidence, a sales leaflet from KindWater came through the door. I received a very speedy response to an online enquiry and within three days was visited by one of their friendly, informative engineers, who did a survey, efficiently installed a new Kinetico water softener and removed the old, worn-out machine. While not the cheapest product on the market, the new softener is compact, looks good, needs no electrical connection, seems of high quality with a long warranty and worth the price. After a week in situ it is unobtrusive, with no noise, and the degree of water softening seems just right. The block salt it uses is so much easier and cleaner than the bags of tablets. I subsequently ordered a supply of salt blocks from the company which was delivered free within five working days. I rate KindWater very highly, not only for the products they sell (or hire) but also for the speed and efficiency of their service and their personal, friendly approach.

I have used Kindwater before and chose to have my new water softener installed in December. The engineer was here most of the day as extra pipework needed installing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient and good humoured right from the time when he came out to assess what I needed, and the day of the installation itself. He worked expertly, cleanly and tidily and answered my questions clearly. The staff at the office are all helpful too. Highly recommended.

Both Jamie the engineer and the staff at the company's office were both professional and helpful. On his first visit, Jamie had all the information we required, he explained the various options and the process of fitting a new softener. He gave us a price for the various options, but there was no pressure on us to place an order at the time of his visit. Having placed an order it was very easy for us to arrange an installation date that was suitable. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out the work, explaining what he had done, relating to our specific situation. Before leaving he ensured that we had a full understanding of how the softener worked and could be recharged. The room was left clean and tidy and he offered to help us reposition the appliances.
