A very easy and helpful company to deal with when arranging a visit. Jamie arrived punctually to inspect and advise on a replacement water softener and then to supply and install a new model. The costs and options were clearly explained and he suggested payment by a 0% credit agreement over 9 months to spread the cost. He was efficient and tidy and demonstrated the relevant features after the installation.

I've used Kindwater for several years and always found them to be reliable, helpful and prompt in their replies in dealing with my queries. Jamie, the engineer who installed our water softener (replaced for free as part of the contract) was typical of Kindwater's personnel, knowledgeable, extremely competent and cheerful. Jamie came out to replace the resin in our Kindwater supplied water softener. I was impressed by his approach and willingness to explain what he was doing. The work was completed efficiently and he left his workspace extremely clean.

We contacted KindWater after having some issues with our old Kinetico Sumo water softner. Phil their engineer attended and a decision was made to have a new kinetico Easy Twin installed. Everything was dealt with efficiently by both Phil the installer and the excellent office staff at KindWater. I have to say that it makes such a nice change to deal with a company and staff who obviously care about their products and service. There was no pressure selling, several options for payment also makes the purchase easier.

Just had my water softener serviced after 12 years use. No problems at all and totally reliable. Jamie the engineer was excellent. Quick, tidy and very good at explaining what he had done etc. I thoroughly recommend them.

Jamie installed our water softener and we're delighted with our purchase. It's quiet, just as he promised. Our water was incredibly hard and now it's nice and soft. No more limescale, Brita filters or water marks. The device was installed perfectly and Jamie left our house in an immaculate state after finishing the job. After moving into my house at the beginning of June I realised straight away how hard the water was. A leaflet for Kindwater arrived within days so I contacted them for a quote. Jamie arrived a few days later to explain the process and costings. He checked the pipework and location to make sure soft water would flow throughout the house without missing a room out. As the price and payment options suited my needs a date was arranged. I was called nearer the installation date and offered an earlier date as one had become available, unfortunately I was not able to take up the offer, but was impressed the company had thought about me and gave me the option. On the installation date, Jamie arrived on time (slightly earlier which I always prefer as it fits with my personal values, I hate lateness unless advised by phone earlier with a valid reason). He gave me time to fill up a few items with water before turning the mains off. Once he got started, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the water back on as soon as possible and complete the installation. A fully tested and explanation on how the system works was given before he left. Any questions I had were asked at this time. He also finished well ahead of anticipated schedule as the installation went smoothly and no issues appeared. Can't thank the team enough, especially Jamie and am now having my 1st soft water cuppa to celebrate : it's GREAT!

When I experienced very low flow my plumber diagnosed the existing softener was at fault, it was easily bypassed... and I called KindWater. They had originally installed it, over 14 years ago. The office were able to give me a clear guideline on replacement costs and they arranged for an engineer to visit and that he would either service/repair or give me a proper quote. Jamie arrived on time and explained that he could try to "recharge" the old softener but that at over 14 years old he would not be able to guarantee the work (approx £400) would be a fix. Jamie gave me full details of the replacement options and I made a free choice. --- Today was the installation day. Appointment time was 2pm and Jamie arrived at a quarter to. All the work was completed to my satisfaction and Jamie left my kitchen the way he found it. I was happy that Jamie was able to fit the new softener as he had already made great friends with my rescue dog. --- I would highly recommend KindWater Ltd, Pettistree, 100%

I really appreciate the work done by Jamie and Andrew in fitting the new water softener and drinking water filter. Jamie came by thrice on request because we faced quite a challenge with the pipe works in our new home. He was patient and took the time to find a solution with us. The end product was neat pipe work and softened water finally. Its been almost a month and the salt consumption is one third of my previous softener of a well known company.
