Jamie came to install Kinetico Premier Compact water softener. He arrived punctually, and set to work. He was efficient, clean and tidy. He explained everything in clear simple terms. We are really pleased with the product, and confident about aftercare, especially the choice to have regular salt delivery. All in all, we are very impressed with Jamie and the service he provided.

Especially the fitter who diagnosed the problem on the initial callout explained the situation and the works needed to be undertaken. We contacted KindWater after having some issues with our old Kinetico Sumo water softner. Phil their engineer attended and a decision was made to have a new kinetico Easy Twin installed. Everything was dealt with efficiently by both Phil the installer and the excellent office staff at KindWater. I have to say that it makes such a nice change to deal with a company and staff who obviously care about their products and service. There was no pressure selling, several options for payment also makes the purchase easier.

Just had my water softener serviced after 12 years use. No problems at all and totally reliable. Jamie the engineer was excellent. Quick, tidy and very good at explaining what he had done etc. I thoroughly recommend them.

Jamie installed our water softener and we're delighted with our purchase. It's quiet, just as he promised. Our water was incredibly hard and now it's nice and soft. No more limescale, Brita filters or water marks. The device was installed perfectly and Jamie left our house in an immaculate state after finishing the job. After moving into my house at the beginning of June I realised straight away how hard the water was. A leaflet for Kindwater arrived within days so I contacted them for a quote. Jamie arrived a few days later to explain the process and costings. He checked the pipework and location to make sure soft water would flow throughout the house without missing a room out. As the price and payment options suited my needs a date was arranged. I was called nearer the installation date and offered an earlier date as one had become available, unfortunately I was not able to take up the offer, but was impressed the company had thought about me and gave me the option. On the installation date, Jamie arrived on time (slightly earlier which I always prefer as it fits with my personal values, I hate lateness unless advised by phone earlier with a valid reason). He gave me time to fill up a few items with water before turning the mains off. Once he got started, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the water back on as soon as possible and complete the installation. A fully tested and explanation on how the system works was given before he left. Any questions I had were asked at this time. He also finished well ahead of anticipated schedule as the installation went smoothly and no issues appeared. Can't thank the team enough, especially Jamie and am now having my 1st soft water cuppa to celebrate : it's GREAT!

When I experienced very low flow my plumber diagnosed the existing softener was at fault, it was easily bypassed... and I called KindWater. They had originally installed it, over 14 years ago. The office were able to give me a clear guideline on replacement costs and they arranged for an engineer to visit and that he would either service/repair or give me a proper quote. Jamie arrived on time and explained that he could try to "recharge" the old softener but that at over 14 years old he would not be able to guarantee the work (approx £400) would be a fix. Jamie gave me full details of the replacement options and I made a free choice. --- Today was the installation day. Appointment time was 2pm and Jamie arrived at a quarter to. All the work was completed to my satisfaction and Jamie left my kitchen the way he found it. I was happy that Jamie was able to fit the new softener as he had already made great friends with my rescue dog. --- I would highly recommend KindWater Ltd, Pettistree, 100%

I really appreciate the work done by Jamie and Andrew in fitting the new water softener and drinking water filter. Jamie came by thrice on request because we faced quite a challenge with the pipe works in our new home. He was patient and took the time to find a solution with us. The end product was neat pipe work and softened water finally. Its been almost a month and the salt consumption is one third of my previous softener of a well known company. This was very easy all round. Called May an appointment, the man came on time, nice and polite and knew what he was doing. Next time it needs a service I will be calling them to do it.

Jamie was able to come and check and then replace my faulty water softener in just 8 days. He quickly diagnosed the fault, made it work temporarily and then gave me very clear options to replace it with no pressure in any way. The different ways to pay are very welcome in slightly straightened times. Thoroughly recommend all round - thank you!

For years we have put up with a totally inappropriate on / off valve to our outside tap. Jamie came / saw / conquered within about 20 minutes and we are delighted that such poorly designed plumbing is no longer something to be concerned about. PS. Jamie arrived on time, maybe on the early side even. He is very personable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and KindWater Softeners.

Having encountered issues with both equipment and customer support from another (much bigger) water softener company, I approached Kind Water for assistance. My first point of contact with Kirsten by telephone was impressive - she was helpful, honest, proactive and patient - and she provided me with the information and price indications I requested and also arranged for an engineer, Jamie, to visit to undertake a free health check of my faulty machine. Not only was Jamie local but he was also available within days of my initial phone call. (This is unlike the other company which rearranged a service visit FOUR times and when I advised them of a leak, has taken in excess of a month to send someone out and when someone did finally arrive, disputed there was a problem, said he couldn't fix something he couldn't see and gave me no impression that he, or his manager, wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.) By contrast, Kirsten actually called me a few days before Jamie's scheduled visit to let me know he had had a cancellation and could, if convenient to me, call round earlier. Jamie arrived on time, was extremely courteous, helpful, patient, explained things clearly and gave me no 'hard sell' at all. When the time comes to replace my current water softener, which I suspect will be sooner rather than later, I will not hesitate to contact Kind Water again. If my experience to date with Kind Water is anything to go by, I would not hesitate to use and recommend this company.

I was quickly given an appointment for a service call. Jamie arrived exactly on time and soon established the nature of our problem. He patiently and thoroughly explained the options open to us and was willing to fit a replacement unit without needing to make another call. The work was carried out straightaway and the resulting neat installation was a big improvement on the existing chaotic "birds nest" of flexible pipework. Jamie provided plenty of useful guidance and his friendly and helpful manner made us feel very confident that we had been given top class service and we had made exactly the right decision. Would definitely recommend the services of this firm and indeed have already done so as one of our neighbours is currently looking to replace his old installation.
