Jamie came to my home today to do a small repair on my water softener pipes, I was greeted with a smile he was very polite Took his shoes off before entering my home which made me extremely happy,Jamie arrived Half an hour early, He was very knowledgeable New exactly what he was doing, Got the job done Efficiently and quick, And tidied up after himself, Thank you, Jamie, 10/10 from me,

This was very easy all round. Called May an appointment, the man came on time, nice and polite and knew what he was doing. Next time it needs a service I will be calling them to do it.

Jamie was able to come and check and then replace my faulty water softener in just 8 days. He quickly diagnosed the fault, made it work temporarily and then gave me very clear options to replace it with no pressure in any way. The different ways to pay are very welcome in slightly straightened times. Thoroughly recommend all round - thank you!

For years we have put up with a totally inappropriate on / off valve to our outside tap. Jamie came / saw / conquered within about 20 minutes and we are delighted that such poorly designed plumbing is no longer something to be concerned about. PS. Having encountered issues with both equipment and customer support from another (much bigger) water softener company, I approached Kind Water for assistance. My first point of contact with Kirsten by telephone was impressive - she was helpful, honest, proactive and patient - and she provided me with the information and price indications I requested and also arranged for an engineer, Jamie, to visit to undertake a free health check of my faulty machine. Not only was Jamie local but he was also available within days of my initial phone call. (This is unlike the other company which rearranged a service visit FOUR times and when I advised them of a leak, has taken in excess of a month to send someone out and when someone did finally arrive, disputed there was a problem, said he couldn't fix something he couldn't see and gave me no impression that he, or his manager, wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.) By contrast, Kirsten actually called me a few days before Jamie's scheduled visit to let me know he had had a cancellation and could, if convenient to me, call round earlier. Jamie arrived on time, was extremely courteous, helpful, patient, explained things clearly and gave me no 'hard sell' at all. When the time comes to replace my current water softener, which I suspect will be sooner rather than later, I will not hesitate to contact Kind Water again. If my experience to date with Kind Water is anything to go by, I would not hesitate to use and recommend this company.

I was quickly given an appointment for a service call. Jamie arrived exactly on time and soon established the nature of our problem. He patiently and thoroughly explained the options open to us and was willing to fit a replacement unit without needing to make another call. The work was carried out straightaway and the resulting neat installation was a big improvement on the existing chaotic "birds nest" of flexible pipework. Jamie provided plenty of useful guidance and his friendly and helpful manner made us feel very confident that we had been given top class service and we had made exactly the right decision. Would definitely recommend the services of this firm and indeed have already done so as one of our neighbours is currently looking to replace his old installation.

Did some research online when we decided to get a water softener and found these guys. Product seems great and there was absolutely no high pressure sales chat whatsoever. Came to quote when they said they would. Quick and efficient. Installation two weeks after we agreed the quote and again, timely arrival, efficient installation and very tidy and respectful around the house. Would definitely recommend. Can feel the difference in the water straight away.

We are delighted with our new water softener. Jamie came out for our free survey and also fitted our water softener. We had lots of questions which Jamie answered really clearly so we knew exactly what to expect and understood costs. Jamie arrived promptly on fitting day and made sure we were still happy with everything agreed before commencing. The fitting is very neat and we are delighted with the difference in our water already. We would definitely recommend.

Jamie originally visited to service my water softener but it was beyond repair despite his efforts, it was very old. He discussed my requirements and provided a quote for a new softener without any pressure. He returned today as arranged and he had clearly given considerable thought to how he would complete the installation in the limited space available. I now have a lovely new softener which Jamie installed with great care. He is very professional and friendly and a very tidy workman. Everything was completed with in the expected timescale and budget given. I have already recommended this company to two friends. I have also found the office staff very helpful and friendly when I have contacted them.

Right from my first enquiry through until the installation today by Andrew, KindWater have given exceptional levels of service and I highly recommend them. I needed an old water softener removing and a new one installed. The information I received was comprehensive and enabled me to make an informed decision about the best type of water softener to have installed. Andrew arrived on time, worked tirelessly to remove my old softener (which had plenty of 'salt creep' attached to the outside!) , fitted a new 'stopcock' as the old one was seized and installed the new softener. He worked tidily and nothing was too much trouble.

Jamie was punctual and personable. He'd serviced for a family member and I was so impressed, I booked him to check the water softener we acquired when we moved. Despite time and effort, he was unable to repair it. He gave us clear options at a range of prices. He didn't charge for the service. We decided to stick with KindWater for a new water softener. On completion, he explained everything clearly and patiently. Spreading the cost over 10 months interest-free was a great option for us. We'll definitely use KindWater for future work.

Jamie visited to advise regarding purchase of a water softener he arrived at the agreed time and gave good advice including some fixtures were in good order and did not need replacing, enabling us to agree to purchase. He arranged a suitable time for him to come and fit the softener. Jamie again arrived at agreed time was courteous, fitting the new model and explaining the workings, guarantee and servicing needed. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the site left clean and tidy. The paperwork was explained and completed to my satisfaction prior to him leaving.

We have just had a premium water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system fitted and we cannot praise Kindwater and fitter Jamie enough. From first visit to final checks the process went smoothly, things were clearly explained at every stage, work was neat and rubbish cleared away, and we even had a call from Jamie the next day to check that everything was in order. We would thoroughly recommend the company and the product.

Jamie came out this morning to service my water softener. From my first email contact to setting up the service through Jamie finishing the work, I have been impressed by their professionalism and pleasantness. Good people!

Had an issue with water pressure loss, so contacted Anglia water, who came out quickly. No problem from their side, but the old softener had died due to resin expansion (it was 15 years old, so had my money’s worth). Jamie came out on the 5th to replace the old softener with a new one that doesn’t need electricity to run. Really good guy, explained everything as he went, and took all the packaging and old kit away. He left the area tidy, made sure I knew how to replace the salt, and how it all worked. Very happy with the service, and will continue to use them. Happy to recommend!

Contacted Kindwater to quote for installation after being recommended by a neighbour. Phil attended at exact time promised and gave us impartial advice and installation prices for 3 different products. There was no pressure from the company. Fitting was carried out a week and a half later. Phil carried out the installation and again arrived at time stated. He was extremely tidy and left no mess whatsoever. Taking away any waste. We weren’t aware of their interest free 10 monthly payments but took them up on their offer. A real bonus! A very polite and efficient company to deal with. Thank you Phil and Kindwater.

This review is a follow-up to the long positive review I left regarding the service and advice provided by Jamie of KindWater in regard to my old water softener. This is a separate review covering the work Jamie has now performed on removing this 15-year-old water softener and replacing with a new Kinetico Premier Compact model. Jamie arrived on time and did an excellent faultless job in every way. The difference in water softness I have now is amazing and I didn't realize just how poor by previous machine was performing in comparison. I would recommend this company and particularly Jamie. KindWater office staff who I have dealt with have also been professional and reliable with regard to booking and advice.

Jamie arrived on time and proceeded to service the Monarch water softener I have had for some 15 years. In this time it had not been serviced and seemed to be working well but I felt it was time it should be professionally checked. Jamie thoroughly tested and advised it was working well and it might have up to five years life still left. The service was a thorough 30 point service and included cleaning areas that were starting to be, and would certainly become, a performance affecting issue. At no point did Jamie mention or suggest my getting a new replacement. Only upon my asking he explained the options that Kind Water could provide and after consideration and research I have decided to have Jamie back and to have him replace my old electric water softener with a new Kinetico Premier Compact. This is demand control non-electric and uses a block of salt and is far cheaper to run. It was also at an excellent price. I was very impressed with Jamie's professionalism and manner. As I am with the prices of new equipment and installation cost. In view of me installing a replacement water softener pursuant to having my old one serviced, Kind Water will be refunding the cost of said service which only adds to my reassurance this is a trustworthy and excellent company. I will no doubt be entering a follow-up review regarding my new water softener installation and fully expect it to be as glowing as this one. It is a genuine relief to have found a company I feel I can trust.

Called Kindwater to Ask for Advice Regarding Re instalation as we moved our Kitchen after Building a kitchen Extension on the otherside of our Bungallow. Kindwater Send a Fitter out within a couple of Days to Assess the Work that was involved, on the instalation Day a Fitter, Engineer called Jamie Turned up very close to the agreed Time. The Work on the Day was carried out to a very High and Professional Standard, the work Area was left immaculately Clean and Tidy. I can't Thank Kindwater Enough and Their Fitter Jamie was Fantastic, Polite and informed me what He was doing from start to Finish, highly Recommended. Thank You Kindwater and Jamie. 👍

We had seen an offer for a free inspection of water softeners in our area by KindWater: having bought a house 6 years ago with one of their softeners installed, it felt like time to have ours looked at. Phone contact with the office was easy and an appointment quickly offered. The Engineer was cheerful and helpful, showing clearly how our present softener was not working, as well as way beyond its expected working life. He offered us a choice of new ones to replace it with. The one we chose he actually had on the van, so the job was complete in just over an hour and we paid by BACS later that day. A very smooth and happy experience, echoing what neighbours have reported about their use of KindWater.

Contacted Kind Water regarding fitting a new water softener. This was scheduled within 2 weeks.James arrived at the time scheduled and were very impressed with him and the work he carried out.
