KindWater Water Softeners

At first we thought our old cheap softener needed a repair. The engineer checked it over and told us it was well past its best and due to be replaced. In truth we had never been satisfied and so authorised a new Kinetico. What a difference! Within 3 days we had lovely soft water and have been delighted ever since. The installation was relatively quick the engineer was polite and very efficient and our experience was very good (apart from authorising the payment!) Well done Kindwater. We have already recommended to others to follow our example.

My research lead me to both Kind Water and Kinetico machines and we were delighted with the service received from the initial no-pressure assessment through to the job completion. We inherited an old, unused water softener and water filter when buying our home. Emily at Kind Water was very patient in explaining the various options available. Kind Water's engineer arrived promptly and completed the work with minimum disruption; he explained the system clearly and left the kitchen clean and tidy.

We decided to replace our water softener and contacted KindWater. Their engineer came, assessed the job and gave us a choice of water softeners. After choosing, a date for installation was made. The engineer arrived on time and without any fuss, fitted the new softener. Throughout, the staff on the telephone have been most helpful and whilst we have not used this company before (other than to buy salt) we have found them most efficient, pleasant and reliable.

We have been a customer of KindWater for a few years now and recently moving house we used them again for a new Kinetico Water Softener. I contacted Kindwater Water softeners as they are the local Kinetico dealers and wished to replace my 16 year old twin tank softener with a new unit. The sales office were very helpful and organized a site survey and quotation for supply and fitting. After several discussions regarding the hosing and plumbing I elected to have Kindwater install the water softener. The Installation was done on time, very meticulously and cleanly. No additional costs were levied for a new tank ball cock which needed to be installed to ensure the system worked to specification. The System was explained and handed over very professionally. I have monitored the water meter and salt usage and have been pleased with the results so far, the softener delivering exactly the output quoted for the salt usage. I can thoroughly recommend this Water Softener and Kindwater, Pettistree Suffolk.

The lead time for this job was 8 days - the fitter arrived on time, fitted the water softener to the outside as there wasn't enough room under the kitchen sink. Everything was completed within about 3 hours including replacing the kitchen tap with a new 3 way tap. Very efficient.

Kindwater fitted a new water softener for us and we are very pleased with the quality and the way it functions. Customer service throughout the whole process was very professional and friendly as was the engineer who was on-time and did a great job. I moved from London last year from a house with a water softener. The water here in East Suffolk is particularly hard and was a nasty shock. The lockdown prevented me from doing anything about it but as soon as I was able to I rang Kindwater and arranged for them to come and give me a quote. The work was done a couple of weeks later quickly and cleanly and I also have a mains cold water tap in the kitchen and a mains garden tap. The water in the house is blissfully soft and I am very happy. Highly recommended.

We had just moved into a new build house and our water was called "hard water" we had chalk like deposits all over the glass screen every time we showered and the kettle was always full of bits. The worst thing was our soap never lathered when we washed our hands or showered. We called in Kindwater to fix the problem. We had a site visit from an engineer who talked us through what we needed and how he could run pipes and install the equipment. We agreed a price and a date with the company and a couple of weeks later the same engineer turned up on time and carried out the work required. He was quiet, professional and left our kitchen as clean as it was before he arrived. We've have had our system for three months now and can not fault it. 10/10 from me many thanks Kindwater.

We had had other quotes but each salesperson left unanswered questions. When the engineer from Kindwater came we knew how when and where and how much. The fitting was equally uncomplicated and it’s all up and running. We are extremely satisfied.

Installed a new Kenitico Water Softener. Installer very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions as this was our first water softener. Nothing seemed too much bother during booking period. We had our a problem with our aged water softener and rang KindWater on the strength of previous recommendations. The appointment to attend in a few days was soon made and was exactly when stated. The advice from the engineer was sound and easy to understand. The resulting purchase and fitting of a new Kinetico unit all went to plan. I had used Kindwater before at a previous house and was always impressed with their service; either installing water softener or delivering salt block. So when I moved into a new house they were the obvious choice. Although the under sink cupboard was quite a challenge to install the unit it was installed successfully and up and running quickly. The installer turned up on the time I was quoted and was also completed before the time I was quoted, the installer never left a mess when he finish and left my kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy when he finished. I would recommend this company to anybody who wanted a water softener fitted.

Second time we have used Kindwater, the first was in 2012. We have recently moved home and couldn't face life without a water softener in a notoriously hard water areas. From initial survey to installation the service and efficiency were faultless. Not the easiest of jobs because of limited space but the engineer gave me an estimate of the time he would take to complete it and he was 10 minutes early!
