Jamie was recommended to me, turned up when he said he would, gave a competitive quote and installation was quick and they cleared up after themselves and left everything tidy. This was the second time I've had work carried out by Kingswood Doors. Jamie came to measure up and listened to my exact (very fussy) requirements. He also advised me on a few particular areas which I hadn't thought of. Received a quotation from them which was so competitive I didn't waste any time in getting further quotes. After a short wait while the door was being manufactured, it was installed by 2 very professional technicians who took great care in the installation process and once again asked for my input in the process!. The garage door was also much more secure than I expected. Will definitely be using Kingswood doors in the future.

I had a quote end of 2024, so I knew roughly how much I needed. In July, I decided it was a good time to get my new garage door. Kingswood garage doors gave an extremely good service, came to check the details, even though they’d been to the house in November. Ordered the door, it arrived, and the guys fitting it arrived on time. They were very focused and polite. Helped reconnect my Ring camera, as it had been fitted through the old wood frame of the garage door. They were super efficient and cleared up really well. I’m very pleased with the door and the service.

My up and over garage was jammed shut, I had driven in with the boot lid up. I closed the lid and the garage, not knowing I had damaged the workings of the door. Next day an army of neighbours couldn't budge it. My car was trapped inside and more important so were my golf clubs. I contacted two firms who both said they couldn't do it this week. Seven days without the car or any golf was not on. But when I phoned Kingswood Doors Limited, they were very apologetic and said they could get out to met in about three hours. So right on the dot, three hours, they were here. Two very pleasant guys soon got it sorted and checked everything over very thoroughly. So if you have an emergency, don't mess around, phone Kingswood Doors.

Phoned the company on Thurs 29th of Feb at 8.00 am , reply was can we come this morn - my reply yes , will be with you in 30 mins WHAT A SERVICE !!!!! My up and over electric garage door was stuck in the up open position , they tried to buy passed the electric sensors , with no success . Result a new control unit had to be fitted ( The fitter had come prior /on his way to another callout ) had to get parts ,made my garage safe and secure by self winding the door down. Will return with parts on Fri morn and complete repair - Returned again at approx same time , had to go out and left him still working on the door , We had complete trust in that friendly Fitter - Completed repair, when we arrived home a invoice and user info was left in our porch GREAT SERVICE FROM a 5*+ Service company - would recommend to any person - FULLY TRUSTED TRADER THANKS AGAIN
