Work on roof and chimney. Keith was immensely helpful in planning the work and his team were all professional and helpful in carrying it out. Prompt, reliable and even little extras included as well. Photos of the work required and again when complete are very useful. I’ve used Knightsbridge before and was very happy to come back.

We needed help to fix our gutter and Keith answered our query swiftly and visited to quote for work. We had some issue with access to the back to get the scaffolding up but Keith and team showed creativity and flexibility to make it work. Work was done to good quality, and before completing, Keith came to make sure everything was done properly.

We contacted Knightsbridge Roofing to repair a leaking valley which had caused dampness in a corner of our landing. Keith responded very quickly, visited us to discuss the problem and explain the best solution, and provided a competitive quote very promptly. He also arranged for his usual scaffolder to visit us to sort out how to erect scaffolding over our conservatory. Communication was very good: his men were very competent, efficient and friendly, and sent us photos of their progress and of the completed job. We would thoroughly recommend Knightsbridge Roofing: they did a very good job and made a potentially stressful job hassle-free.

Keith responded by coming round to inspect the problems we had the same afternoon I called. He is open and friendly. The work was carried out after the Christmas break: scaffolding erected the day before and taken down one week after completion. The roofers were also approachable and friendly, kept me informed as how the work progressed and sent photographs of the completed work, which included some work that had not been estimated but not charged. The total bill was about 60% of other estimates.

Carried out work on our roof. Also cleaned the guttering. A good job at a fair price. Sent us pictures after as well so I could see what was done a lot better than just checking from the road.

I contacted Knightsbridge Roofing to fit a chimney cowl, fix a leaking gutter joint, and resolve an issue with water pouring over a section of guttering. My gutters were also cleaned. Keith was very responsive by phone and email, attending on time promptly after my first call and providing a quote within 2 days. I don't know if the quote was competitive because it was too hard getting other roofers to quote (!), but Keith's responsiveness would have made him my first choice anyway. The work was completed a few weeks later, having been delayed by rain. The communication was very good as I was kept updated, and they were reliable as I didn't need to chase for a new date. Keith's team were polite, friendly, happy to answer questions and wore shoe covers in my home. The final part of the job was more difficult than anticipated, but they explained the issues and went above and beyond to try to find a solution. This involved realigning a section of guttering - more than they were asked to do. They tested the change but were honest enough to recommend I check for issues in the next downpour. I did that, and although a new issue had appeared, they quickly returned and fixed it, with Keith honouring the original quote, despite all the extra work. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing because they really care about their reputation and that's reflected in Keith's responsiveness, reliability and the work carried out by his team!

I also appreciated the advice given me regarding the work required to reduce condensation in my loft. I would certainly use them again and can recommend them to others.

Keith came round quickly after I contacted him and quote provided next day together with photos of the damaged tiles to a pitch in my roof so I could see the problem Work done within a couple of days of the go ahead and again photos provided of the replacement tiles. Excellent!!! Would always recommend and already have to several friends and colleagues. Professional from start to finish. I asked several friends for references for a full roof replacement and inner structural repairs to internal roof timbers/struts. Knightsbridge Roofers kept coming up. Keith arrived to assess the works and was not only extremely knowledgable about the work in hand but also the area. He was extremely professional, polite and accommodating. Prompt in getting back with the a quote and also extremely helpful in answering any questions. They repaired the internal structural timber work required, along with retiling the whole roof, replacing the gutters, facia board, repaired all 5 chimney stacks within the agreed scheduled timelines and budget/quote provided. Nothing was too much for Keith and his team. Photos and videos were provided at every stage to show work completed along with a completion certificate from Lambeth council building control. The job was carried out to the highest standards, as if they were replacing the roof of their own homes.
