About 8 years ago, my daughter needed a new boiler, and Ken carried out the work to a good standard. So, when my boiler started to fail, about 6 years ago, I contacted Ken and he carried out the installation. He has returned every year since to service my boiler. Earlier this year, my daughter, who had since moved, again required a new boiler, and Ken again carried out the installation. In all cases, the locations were tricky, but Ken had solutions to all the problems, together with cost options and guarantees. I would, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Ken for a good job, and he's a nice guy, too!

I have been using KR Heating for about 5 years. Ken has installed two near boilers in my properties as well as carrying the annual gas safety check and boiler maintenance. Had a few issues with both boilers neither of which were down to the work Ken carried out and the manufacturers took full responsibility. Ken was very helpful throughout to get problem resolved. Work is always clean and tidy and very reliable on appointments. Thoroughly recommend
