I never leave reviews, but with this fantastic company... Thank you so much to Kerry for initially fitting us in around our busy lives at the moment. A big thank you to Dave, who sorted out our numerous plumbing problems, two leaking toilets, fitted replacement taps, a dripping tap and serviced our boiler. He was so honest, for example, he fixed the cloakroom tap without us having to replace it. Dave was good at explaining what he had done, especially as I had no clue. He was very thorough, efficient and fast considering all the jobs we had that needed doing. The price was very fair too. I would definitely use this company again and can’t praise them and this company enough. Thank you all.

Having been let down (failure to show up and respond to phone calls from a 'so-called' friend) I had recommended to me LGH. A simple phone call, and the appointment was made. The engineer arrived exactly on time and was a very pleasant and professional chap. He carried out the work without any issue and was exceptionally clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend LGH to anyone who needs a reliable and professional plumber. Their costing was as quoted and was very reasonable indeed.

After being let down so many times by firms I had a service agreement with I followed Which?'s advice and sought out a local firm - LGH Plumbing and Heating Ltd. It was the best thing I ever did. This firm was already on the WHICH recommended trusted traders section and they are very local to me. I have used them for the last three years and on every occasion, including the latest today where they fixed my Gerberit toilet which was would not flush as it was releasing water constantly into the bowl, I have found they have identified the problem, fixing it very quickly by having a good stock of relevant parts. I use them yearly to service my boiler and they have balanced my central heating system perfectly. They are professional and friendly and their secretary/coordinator, Kerry is brilliant in arranging times to visit (always promptly) and keeping you in touch with things generally. I would never write a review that was not deserving but this firm deserves the highest praise and finding them and using them has saved me so much stress..

Had LGH Plumbing and Heating to come and check my boiler as was told by another company I needed a new boiler even though my boiler was only 5yrs old. They came straight away and after a few checks my boiler is perfectly fine the engineer was absolutely amazing and talked me through what he had done. Would highly recommend them and will be using them every year to service my boiler.

I recently had my wall-mounted gas-fired boiler replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was completed to a high standard, including making good to the external brickwork. The new boiler is the latest type, and the full heating system was thoroughly checked and repaired as needed. Got in touch with LGH after my normal plumber let me down. Have to say they didn't let me down. Fantastic price for work carried out boiler installation and radiator cleaning. Can't fault them at all all the guys who came to the house were great and the office staff gave advice. Would highly recommend based on my interaction, with the company and will book service with lgh going forward

Used LGH Plumbing & Heating to install new HIVE Thermostat and radiator valves. Excellent work, turned up on time and completed the work without issue. Very professional and helpful engineer. I would certainly recommend, and will use LGH again in the future.
