Very professional job done, excellent service, due to our strange conditions around the world, the engineer came prepared and wore a mask throughout and adhered to all covid 19 safety precautions including using sanitizer. Due to our boiler being in the front bedroom he removed his work boots to protect and keep clean the carpets.

This member of staff (Scott) had a delightful manner and was very considerate. He had excellent understanding, knowledge and skills shown in the service of my wall mounted boiler; inserting replacement parts; fitting an appropriate device to enable me to easily refill the water into the boiler; also supplying and fitting new valves on the kitchen radiator. The work was carried out with utmost professionalism, the highest level of competency and skill. Attention to detail meant he worked very cleanly and tidily in the work done. The invoice amount was as expected and because of the high quality of the work, I considered it value for money.

Staff arrived at the agreed time and immediately protected the work area with plastic sheeting. The staff were polite, professional and provided an excellent service - I would highly recommend LGH (of note is that I obtained two other quotes for the work and LGH were over 500 pounds cheaper than their closest competitor)

New Boiler Installation.

Darren(Installer) arrived promptly 8:15 am and introduced himself as the engineer. he then started to sheet and protect the work area, then began ripping out the old boiler. His communication was excellent explaining each stage of the install. Darren did not leave until everything was spotless and tidy, he left at 6:00 pm which to my reckoning is a good days work. I have found my experience using LGH Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd feeling secure that the install was done to a high professional standard. My old boiler was serviced by them and that is why this company stands out.
