LGH office contact very efficient and makes it easy to organise preferred visiting and billing arrangements. Gas Boiler Engineer lets you know when to expect his arrival by text message and turns up on time. Gas Safety certification aspects all dealt with including Carbon Monoxide Alarm and also Smoke Alarms. Experienced Engineer knows his job. Costs as agreed for the work required. Very pleased.

Excellent service from 1st contact to completion
We had an issue with the flush in our ladies toilet and telephoned LGH after discussing with our Industrial Estate Property Manager and they recommended LGH. We telephoned LGH and Kerry logged all our details and advised she would send a guy later that day. Well he arrived within an hour, looked at the issue, and advised he had all the parts to carry out the repair in his van stock. Within 2hrs of us contacting them the job was complete and now the toilet flushes perfectly, and our ladies are delighted.

Our Worcester boiler, installed 10 years ago, has performed almost without fault due in no small part to the annual service by LGH and its founder. This year was no exception and the engineer arrived on time and carried out the work with minimum disruption and maximum efficiency. We feel safe in the care of LGH!

We had our 1st service yesterday on our new Boiler & Heating system fitted twelve months ago by LHG Plumbing. they contacted us to arrange the service, their service guy turned up on time as arranged. We have had brilliant service from day one with LGH Plumbing, the are efficient professional and really do care about customer service, Ian & Kerrie and everybody we have met are friendly and courteous, highly recommended, Thank you again Kerrie & Ian

I called this provider, having noticed excellent reviews on this website. I arranged for them to check a boiler and explained to them that the individual concerned is vulnerable and is having difficult times. I said that I would take care of the payments etc. They attended the property, later that day I received the invoice for their visit, with a short outline of the problem. I called the team asking to speak to the engineer (simply to make sure that if I made this payment they would fix the problem, having had to arrange several times for this repair) and having spoken for 30 minutes with the admin team on the first call and then on a follow up call, they simply were not willing to let me talk to the engineer. I made the payment and decided not to use them for the repair, simply feeling let down by them (while I was hoping that they can help me to help someone).

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our customer services on this occasion. On your initial call, you did explain the boiler fault and the homeowner’s personal circumstances, due to this an appointment was arranged for the next day as a matter of urgency. When our engineer attended, diagnosed the fault and the information was relayed to the office, a quote was sent to you via email detailing the part required and cost of repair. On your second phone call, this was at the end of the working day and advised there were no engineers present in the office for you to speak to about the repair. It was also advised that the engineer’s contact number would not be provided as requested as it not company policy to give out personal details but offered the solution to call you back the next day. Customer services did attempt to reassure you that the diagnosis was made directly from our competent and qualified engineer to get the boiler back in working order. As promised, we did call you back the day after at the time you specified and attempted to offer you further reassurance as we strive to keep all of our customers happy. We are sorry you have chosen to use another provider but we do welcome all feedback as this helps us to improve all our services.
Good work, completed annual service quickly

Annual boiler service and radiator check carried out quickly and on time. Further work needed and replacement parts were listed and this will be done when parts are available. Have now used LGH for several years and found them to be efficient and good value.
