Had leaking radiator seal. Contacted LGH who gave me an appointment but we're then able to send someone earlier. Only took short time to fix and drain radiator and refill and open flow. Had also asked at initial call about fault in kitchen sink tap. Plumber checked it but could not identify or fix and suggested to leave until got worse.

We have used LPH for many years now and wouldn't use anyone else for our Boiler services or repairs. They always find a convenient time slot for us and have never let us down. The engineer was very polite, friendly and worked efficiently. Our boiler is running as sweet as a nut :) and we will book LPH again for our annual service next year.

I had a leaky header tank with zero water pressure so was in a bit of a panic as not sure if it cause any damage. I phoned in and the lady was really helpful arranging somebody to come out as soon as possible. The plumber who called was pleasant and had the job done in no time. I'm really happy with the customer service, tradesman and the bill and would definitely recommend
