We are a small family business offering central heating, boiler installation, service and repair, we also carry out full central heating installations and upgrades in Carshalton, Carshalton beeches, Wallington, Sutton, Cheam, Banstead, Epsom, Surrey and sourounding areas

With over 25 years experience in the industry from running our own successful company to contracting for British gas, we have built up a reputation for professionalism and satisfaction.

We can offer extended warranties on many brands of boilers, all of our service and installation work will meet or exceed manufactures requirements safeguarding your warranty and investment.

A water leak was discovered coming from a pump in our flat on a Wednesday. Fortunately the leak was slow at that stage. Our normal plumber was not available, so I called Terry Lambert. He took a lot of trouble to source the right replacement pump - working efficiently with photos of existing connection. Terry then fitted the new pump two days later, thus avoiding a major problem.

Terry was helpful in guiding us through choosing a new boiler to suit our needs quick and efficient installation. Very quick and prompt to sort out teething problems at inconvenient times. Even coming to stop a leak at 9PM. He is a very reliable plumber and highly recommended.

Terry kindly slotted in a visit after a prior job finished early. Our hot water was therefore restored in double quick time. The unit just needed cleaning (blocked gas injector) and was resolved speedily. Very happy with the response, repair and overall cost. Unreservedly recommended to all.

Boiler service carried out efficiently and tidily, including showing me the burners before replacing them in the boiler. Genuine interest in the more unusual elements of our set up, including a 40 yr old pump still working ok. Good service from an enthusiast for his profession. Thoroughly recommended.

Cold called Terry following Which Local reviews after my boiler broke down on coldest day this winter. He came over later that evening and got the boiler working, and returned the next day with a replacement part for a full fix. Great service and highly recommended.

We had no hot water on Friday 24 Oct. I rang Mr Lambert as our previous plumber was busy. He quickly assessed the problem from my answers to his precise questions. Despite having a busy workload, he promised to fit us in on the Saturday afternoon. He arrived when he said he would, confirmed the problem and replaced the motorised valve very quickly. Mr Lambert gave us advice and at all times was clear, courteous and helpful. We valued his service so we intend to call him again if and when we have other problems.
