Laminate Man Flooring

I contacted Oz after finding him on Google & reading the reviews on there. I found Oz to be very pleasant & he came to my property to measure up my room requirements. I gave Oz an idea of the colour & style of flooring I wanted and Oz showed me various samples at different quality grades so that I could think about what I wanted, including edging. I was unsure so Oz was happy to return with the samples I was thinking of & gave me a no obligation quote for the two that I liked the most. Oz indicated that the 2 different qualities (different thickness of flooring) would both be equally fine for the job & it was about what I wanted. I did opt for the thicker flooring even though Oz again insisted the thinner flooring would be adequate & cheaper for me. Even with the more expensive flooring I found the quote to be very reasonable & less than I was expecting. I agreed to hire Oz as the fitter & supplier of the flooring & booked in a date for this to be done. I needed this done fairly quickly & Oz was happy to fit me in. On the day I was happy to open up for Oz & left him a key at my property in case he needed to leave at any point. During the morning Oz kept me informed & sent me pictures of how the job was going. I arrived just before the job was completed & inspected the work carried out, which I am extremely happy with. Oz checked up on me over the next couple of days to check that I was still happy & informed me that his service really started at the end of the job as he wanted people to be happy with the final results & inform him if I had any issues. I have had no issues at all & could not be happier with the work carried out. Chatting to a friend of mine recently I found that he too had booked Oz to do his flooring, independently from me, no referral, I he was extremely happy with his work. I couldn't recommend Oz highly enough.
