Lee was a pleasure to deal with and explained to us the problems we were facing with the damp in our outbuilding. A team of very professional and tidy workmen carried out the work to a very high standard and to the time-frame we agreed as we had other workmen coming in after to finish the renovation works afterwards. Very pleased with the job and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancashire Damp Proofing. Thanks again

Lee and the team were extremely helpful to us. Clean, efficient and were clearly bothered about doing a great job. Lee certainly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all the work. They were always on time and left everything tidy. Considering the work we had done, I was very surprised about the lack of 'mess' created. Would definitely use again.

We recently had Lancashire damp proofing carry out work in the bedrooms and kitchen also replacing the old kitchen ceiling. Whilst the work carried out in the bedrooms was stright forward the kitchen had unexpected problems when the old ceiling was removed required extensive plastering. We had just moved into the property and were on a tight timescale to have a new kitchen fitted, the company and the lads on the Job worked very hard to ensure the job was completed in time, they were also very tidy and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend.

Envira Vent fitted to prevenet Condensation, they fitted it in to loft & it circlicates cleaner air. About month ago we noticed we had alot of damp in the bedroom, weripped out old wardrobe and the trader advised that it wasn't damp and is just condensation. They guys were good - leaflet given to say how it works etc would have been handy. They gave pointers on how to prevent in the future - reliable guys. Really lovely - the fitter was really nice. Have reccomended to friends already.

Lots of property used them lots for damp proof courses - used 7 times on various properties - just dealt with Lee. Very much cleaned up after them self - tenants are always worked around & no mess left. When we had a small issue they came back within a couple of hours & rectified the issue. Have already reccomended to others.
