Everything was done as agreed, they even advised that my order didn’t look right and I would be short on some things needed for the project. Explained everything, called me throughout and kept me informed. Driver delivering was amazing and helpful and very glad we used them.

We are a poor animal sanctuary and asked the wonderful Sally if we could have some grass offcuts to help us control the mud in our sanctuary where we have over 1600 animals. They have given us a LORRY LOAD of large pieces, enabling us to "carpet" most of the site. The staff and volunteers will be able to get more work done and the animals will be mud free over the winter. Bless them for helping us!

We had our LazyLawn installed yesterday. It looks fantastic! The chaps arrived on time and on schedule. They laid the lawn with precision and care and explained exactly what the installation entailed too. Dealing with both Guy and Gemma from Evergreens UK was easy, efficient and exact so I was kept in the loop every step of the way. At the end of the day, our garden project came in on budget with no hidden costs, perfect. It was a pleasure to do business with Evergreens/LazyLawn. Would highly recommend.

The Sales Adviser was very helpful with my enquiry to suggest the best way to meet my requirements and then came back to me when a colleague became available to say the quoted lead time could be greatly reduced. The completed order, which required cutting the material to our requested width, was delivered within a week on a day to suit me and I was contacted by phone on the day allowing me time to get to my bowls club to take delivery without waiting there for an extended period. I have used LazyLawn in the past and would do so again.

Excellent service and most helpful. We were getting a new puppy and required an area on the stone patio that was inviting for her to do her business. The product looked just what we needed but postage and packaging on the web site was prohibitive for the small amount we needed. Contacted the company by phone and spoke with Sally who was most understanding and helpful. They sorted out an order for the amount we wanted and the postage was more realistic and delivered exactly as promised. Thank you all at LazyLawn.

Amazing service from start to finish. Hayden and his team had to correct another persons work, they were brilliant. The difference between the old lawn and this one now is exceptional, this one actually looks grass, and it's like walking on a luxury shagpile carpet. Hayden and his team arrived at the time in awful weather so hats off to them. No messing they got stuck in and the end result honestly brought tears to my eyes. Thankyou Hayden and your fantastic team.

After researching we bought our artificial grass (Debonair) through LazyLawn. They were very helpful, advising us and giving us great information re dogs and artificial grass prior to ordering. He even went out of his way to check with the technical team on one of my queries. Ordering was easy. When it was due to be delivered, I had contact with a lady in the office who was extremely helpful and called the delivery driver to establish a rough time they would be with us and contacted me straight back. Delivery driver was professional, efficient and accommodating. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from this company and would thoroughly recommend. A very personal service, felt like they had time for me as a customer. I know this is a review for the company but just to add we are also really pleased with the artificial grass, great quality and exactly as described.
