We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We never ask for money up front & provide a full quote with no hidden extras
We pride our self on our excellent customer service and high standard of work. We are absolutely thrilled to of won two Which? Trader of the month awards as well as being nominated for the 2023 “trader of the year”award!
We also like to give back to our local community such as the NHS, local hospices. We also sponsor a local school and a rugby club.

LCM Roofing came to replace my flat roof as we’d bern having trouble with condensation leaking through the light fitting and damp patches on the ceiling. Liam explained the best options to sort the problem out and forwarded a quote explaining exactly what needed to be done. The team of 3 arrived promptly on the day and basically just got on with the job it only took them 4 hours but they were all polite and efficient and completed the job competently and tidied up after themselves, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Liam and all of the guys working with him are polite and courteous. The work they did was all done really well to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. They explained what needed to be done as they went along, and talked us through options as we went. At the end of the job they cleaned up and left everything perfectly neat and tidy. Although very busy at the moment, LCM managed to visit my property, find the problem and effect a repair there and then. The culprit was a broken roof tile but the repair was complicated by it being under a solar panel. Outstanding service from a local company, I couldn't have asked for better.

We recently had to have our garage roof replaced as it was very old and had started leaking. From the initial first contact, through to the finished product, Liam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the different options that were available to us, in detail, at each stage. Liam and his team arrived to start work promptly, on the date agreed and did an excellent job, they were hard working, polite and tidied up after themselves. The weather was awful, snow and freezing temperatures but it did not affect their work rate. We are so happy with the finished roof and would not hesitate in recommending LCM Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

We thought the estimate to replace the existing felt flat roof with a rubber-type was fair and competitive. The work was completed very efficiently by three experienced fitters who seemed used to working as a team together and on the day we were given the work to be done. On completion of the work, the inside and outside of the garage were swept and tidied up with all debris put into the skip provided by LCM. We were very pleased with the neatness of the overall job, which comes with a full guarantee. We are pleased to be able to recommend this contractor based on our experience.

It was the first time in 40 years that I had had to handle a building problem, and, to be honest, I did not have a clue what the best solution would be. Liam stood out from the other two companies I asked to quote because of his patience in explaining the various options and costs to me, even though this necessitated several visits and emails, as I frequently changed my mind as I gained more knowledge. Despite the inclement weather, the work was completed on time to an excellent standard. The site was cleared at the end of the job, and I felt I could not have made a better choice than LCM Flat Roofing.
