We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We never ask for money up front & provide a full quote with no hidden extras

We also like to give back to our local community such as the NHS, local hospices. We also sponsor a local school and a rugby club.

I recently moved to a house with a flat roof that leaked. Liam provided a competitive quotation and his team completed the work in a day. The men were polite, friendly and efficient. When I discovered later that one of the skylights in the roof had a fault, Liam made a return visit and resolved the problem at no extra charge. He is a genuinely helpful person and I recommend him highly.

This is a review for removing my garage roof and replacing with boarding and an EPDM rubber roof. A big thank you to Liam and his men. He arrived on time with four men. As promised, removed the old leaky roof, replaced all the wooden beams and supports, lined with boarding, covered with EPDM rubber roofing, all in one day. They cleared all the old roofing away. I was particularly impressed with the finish both inside and out especially the edging used on the outside to cover the boarding and rubber, it looks really neat and attractive. Throughout the communication was excellent, clear and very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend LCM roofing.

We hired Liam and his team to renew the flat roof over our kitchen which was old and had started to leak. We are very pleased with the result which is very neatly finished and compares favourably with roofing installed by other traders in the past. Our property and garden was left spotless following the work and Liam and his team were very polite and personable. Liam and his team have been extremely considerate whilst undertaking the roof work. The work area and access to site was kept clean and tidy and he completed the work in a timely manner. We are so pleased with our replacement conservatory roof which is now insulated and tiled. Liam is a considerate young man and this reflects on those working in his team. Efficient & thorough job on Old Theatre Roof

Following a personal recommendation and due internal authorisation, Liam and his team replaced approx 60m2 of leaking ancient tin roof on a old theatre building in Cheltenham for me with a new rubber membrane and additional insulation. Liam was prompt with his communications, polite and efficient (as were all his team) and the work was carried out to a high standard (particularly ensuring that no damage was done to the intricate fabric of the building). The site was left clean and today at the end of each day, all the debris removed, and a good sweep up was made when the work was completed. I can also recommend the scaffolding company LCM used to provide a secure tower to access the relevant area. All work was completed and invoiced as per the agreed budget, and I am very happy to recommend Liam & LCM Roofing.

Earlier this year we decided to replace our conservatory glass roof with a flat roof. Being a canny Scot I contacted several companies to come and view the job and give quotes. After much deliberation, we chose Liam Mellor from LCM Flat Roofing Ltd. He arrived with four chaps at 8.30 am on the specified date. Just over one and a half days later the job was completed. I had read online reviews about this company and they were completely accurate. Liam and his team were polite, worked diligently and tidily. I have no hesitation in recommending LCM and have now asked him to replace the flat roof on my sunroom.

After very heavy rain in October 2020 some of the brackets holding my guttering became loose so I contacted LCM Flat Roofing Ltd. Liam Mellor has done quite a bit of work on my house over the years - flat roofing, chimney repointing, replacement of broken roof tiles etc and I have always found him and his team to be very knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Liam came very promptly and fixed the guttering brackets - excellent work and problem fixed in no time! I would have no hesitation in contacting him again for any future work in relation to roofing and would highly recommend this firm.

Organised removal of the existing asbestos roof prior to beginning renewal of flat roof. Provided all materials and worked efficiently and confidently to complete work in one day. Liam Mellor communicates well and is very personable. The budget was as predicted. When the weather and circumstances proved difficult he re-organised the date having consulted with me.
