We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We never ask for money up front & provide a full quote with no hidden extras
We pride our self on our excellent customer service and high standard of work. We are absolutely thrilled to of won two Which? Trader of the month awards as well as being nominated for the 2023 “trader of the year”award!
We also like to give back to our local community such as the NHS, local hospices. We also sponsor a local school and a rugby club.

During the recent storms we had rainwater coming into our garage from the flat roof. LCM Flat Roofing came fairly quickly and removed the plastic facia and replaced with lead flashing. A good job at a fair price and we're very happy with the work.

Liam and his Team are trusted professions who take a pride in their work at a competitive price. Replacing a balcony roof with rubber the team then created a floating composite floor finishing it perfectly with matching fascia. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.

Liam and team have today completed a new flat roof on our (and neighbours) attached garage roofs. The work was completed in two day's including the removal and disposal of the old corrugated asbestos roof. The whole job was fast efficient and to a high standard. We were fully informed during the whole process and all were extremely polite and courteous. The price was competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending LCM Flat Roofing.

I have no hesitation in recommending Liam and his team. At the start Liam was prompt at his initial visit to give a quote, a rare quality I've found. The work was to replace a felt roof on my garage/workshop which was worn out. The replacement has been covered in rubber. Work started when scheduled but unfortunately it was right in the middle of a very wet month. Some days they couldn't work but I was kept informed at all times. The work was high quality and the finish good. And no leaks despite the torrential rain we've had since. The quote was very competitive and to me good value for money. Liam and his team were polite and friendly at all times and when finished all rubbish cleared from site. I shall be using them again for 2 roofs on my house.

LCM replaced our tired flat roof on our extension. The initial quote was clear and reasonable. The work was carried out over 2 days in far from perfect conditions. The finished work has withstood its fair share of bad weather in the 3 weeks since completion and so we are very happy. I would have no hesitation in using Liam again or recommending to a friend.

Liam was very professional when asked to quote for an EPDM roof on our double dormer on the back of our bungalow and sent us the quote by the time he promised. The price was very good and once selected Liam communicated with us when the job could be done. We already had a leak in the flat roof, from the previous heavy rain, and although the weather wasn't great Liam fitted us in on a Wednesday. The team worked flat out in the morning (were here at 08.15) and by the time the rain started at about 13.00 the roof was watertight but not finished. They returned and completed the job on Thursday morning in a couple of hours. They have left our place exactly as they found it, all rubbish is gone, drive swept and new roof completed. Brilliant job and very pleased.
