I have used LCM Flat Roofing for several years not only on my own property but my parents property as well. Liam has always been very courteous throughout always explaining the process at every stage with all work undertaken in a professional manner.

LCM I found to be very polite, quiet and caring about the property. I have had them on two different occasions, the first to do a flat roof and the second to repair a leak on the pitched roof. The quote was very acceptable and there were no added extras. I was very satisfied with their work and tidiness, there have been no problems since but I am sure that had there been anything Liam would have seen to it as soon as possible.

The work that LCM carried out at my property was to fit new guttering and replace a cracked downspout. At the initial meeting, Liam was helpful and honest from the start that the job was a small one, but he was happy to fit my job in around other larger roofing contracts, which suited me. Although it took a little while before an opportunity arose for the job to be done, it was completed efficiently and professionally by the team. I felt comfortable leaving Liam and the team at the house to complete the work, as I had a prior appointment. The cost of the work was as agreed at the initial meeting and was very reasonable. What impressed me most about Liam was that from the start, he was honest and did not try to make the job bigger than it needed to be. I am happy to recommend him and will use his company again should I need roofing or gutter work.

I have a 19m x 9m outbuilding with a metal roof. Recently it’s started to leak in several places. I called in LCM to take a look and within the week the team had fixed and replaced over 600 roof fittings and sealed everything to perfection. A great job, great team, and fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Liam and his team came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. They completed the work to a very high standard and stayed to complete the job. I would have no hesitation to recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Liam and his team did an excellent job insulating our attic. Liam gave an accurate assessment of the work required having seen photographs. The work was done really well - efficiently and neatly, and within the time frame he anticipated. They kept everything clean while they worked and tidied up really well when they left. I highly recommend them.

We had had the pleasure of using Liam and his team on more than one occasion, 3 times in fact, and they have not been for small projects either. 4 flat roofs for one, a whole complete replacement for felt, batons, tiles, facia, soffit, drainage for the second, and the third a massive old chapel replacing tiles, soffit, facia and drainage. All throughout each of the projects Liam and the team are forever friendly and supportive, helpful with advice on which direction to choose e.g. tiles, unexpected repairs, etc to the point that it does not come across as 'extras' at all. Liam is constantly in touch and kept us up-to-date with some of the supply issues that we faced (as one of the projects was during the easing of restrictions of covid amongst others) and as soon as these things came in they were in touch and sorting out dates. Our home roof, project two, was done in under two weeks! fantastic. From start to finish, always helpful, considerate, trustworthy and flexible. A very knowledgeable team and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Liam & his team arrived on expected day & completed high quality new roof by early afternoon. All rubbish was removed. A few minor changes to soffit fitting were agreed & happily done. Excellent job.
