We had a very old kitchen and decided it was the right time to upgrade, the job come with challenges such as replacing timber beams, levelling the floor, running a new electricity ring around the kitchen and treating damp. We wanted a company that could do it all, Freddy and his team at Living Installations delivered it and more. From first meeting through to completion Freddy worked with us to understand our needs, he was flexible throughout on areas such as working with us to shave costs of the first quote whilst still maintaining the highest quality and made us feel at ease throughout. Each design and quotation come with a very helpful video explaining all aspects of the work, Living Installations made what seemed like a very complex and overwhelming job (for us) easy and seamless. Some things, such as the timber supporting beams needing replacing did crop up during the job but Freddy managed every hurdle with good humour, flexibility and expertise to fix the problem. Outside of the job, the care and aftercare has been above and beyond. If you're considering getting any Kitchen works done then I have no hesitation in recommending Freddy and the team at Living Installations.

We had not planned on refitting our kitchen but due to a serious leak under the kitchen floorboards, we had no choice but to rip out the whole thing and start from scratch. It was a huge project including elements of electrical work, plumbing and a brand new floor. This was extremely overwhelming, however we were supported from beginning to end by Freddy. He has excellent attention to detail, and provided lots of thoughtful and practical suggestions. He takes great pride in his work and evidently enjoys what he does. The work was completed within the agreed timescale and budget. He is very approachable and polite, and didn’t mind responding to our many and varied questions. The quality of the materials and equipment used is excellent. We feel comfortable to contact Freddy with any concerns or questions should they arise. He is quick to respond to messages and always helpful. We are confident the kitchen will last a long time and recommend Freddy without reservation.
