Contacted the co around 10am for a replacement lock on the front door and Chris arrived within an hour and a half Very efficient and friendly service No trouble replacing it . Provided half a dozen keys and advised on the best way to lock and unlock the door to avoid future problems Reasonably priced Would recommend

Called Chris 10AM and he was here by 1PM. I thought that was fast considering it wasn’t an emergency job. He was really friendly and knocked the job out in no time. Needing to open the door with a jammed lock and replacing the latch and the cylinder. Work was done to a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier. On top of all of this I thought he was very reasonably priced!

Chris and co. were on site within half hour even though it wasn't an emergency. They tried to fix the patio door lock but the mechanism was beyond repair so they installed an alternative solution. Very happy with the outcome.

Chris came the same day and let me know when he would arrive. Friendly and personable. Unjammed the lock and had to replace it, explaining what had caused the problem and what they were doing throughout. Very satisfied with the job done which was reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend.
