Faulty lock. Repaired within minutes of contacting Chris. Locksmith Chris is courteous, professional, friendly and clearly explained what he was going to do and did. Efficient, clean, polite and respectful. Very very impressed.

I rang at 1pm for a non-urgent job and he was with me by 4pm! The locking mechanism on my back UPVC door had broken so he replaced it quickly and in a tidy fashion. Was friendly to talk to too.
